Lg has no US customer seevice communication center! The woest from Thiland and other Countries outside USA! Home Depot works in collusion swlling last years models not telling customer they got a year old model and deliver beoken or damaged refrigerator. Spoke to Tony at Pinecrest store and Custome service order was made end of Feb its ok for them to take 6-8 weeks to deliver an old model and you have 48 hours to determine if the appliance is good or bad! This is a horeible systen and they are not treating customers appropriately! They are taking advantage of seniors and tge public! If you return a sigle item you wont be able to get the multi appliance discount for an additional deplacement! Consumer frayd division of Florida should be looking into rhis!

Delivery driver damage refrigerator when delivering inside house and damaged walls. Call for replacement and was told they would send new one out and after a few days never heard anything else so called back where they responded was never told about replacement and it was after 48 hours so can’t return refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and am loving it so far! It has so much room. The craft ice is a nice bonus too. Only downside is small door compartments so not all my condiments fit.

I love my LG 28 cu ft French Door refrigerator. It has a very roomy and well lit interior. I have the ice and water dispenser and also craft ice. The bottom freezer drawer is large but a little difficult to keep organized. I think it is a good value for the price and looks great in my new kitchen. Delivery was seamless, with text messages to let me know what time to expect delivery and a phone call when they were on the way. Very pleased with the whole experience.

Beautiful Fridge! I love all the space inside and in the freezer below. The round ball cubes are awesome too, kids love them.

First, it's very cheaply made. I  bought online because of good reviews. What a joke. I've only had this 4 months and the ice maker quit working! The craft ice maker only works part of the time. VERY hard to keep the outside clean and shows every spot! I wish I hadn't gotten rid of my Samsung l gave to my son because I wanted to "upgrade"!. It was well made and spot free. What a waste of a lot of money!!! Was not please with the rude installers either. I wish I had returned!

3 door French style. Water dispenser buttons light up but in the dark, can’t read what is being dispensed until it comes out. PleAse fix that. Shelves need more adjustment levels.

Beautiful fridge. Tons of space. Only complaint are the craft ice is very slow to make. Only 3-6 cubes per day depending on setting. The other icemaker is faster for regular ice but has a small tray in the door. Not good for hot days where you need a lot of ice. The only other thing is the water temperature. It doesn’t have a large bladder in the fridge. Fridge temp is 37 but the water from the dispenser is 57.

This unit dispenses flaky white powder on the water tray. Not evaporated water puddles, but powder. LG customer support denied it as a manufacturing defect, instead suggesting it was hard water deposits. Our old unit didn't do this. After much talking she agreed to send a technician but said if the tech found no manufacturing defect, then we would have to pay for the visit (est. $120). A customer should not have to make a $120 wager if something if not right with their new refrigerator.

Delivery was perfect; no dents or difficulties. It really is pretty. Tremendously happy 😆

I had no issues with delivery or condition of fridge as others have indicated. Overall seems like a pretty good fridge in the month that I have owned it. However, this product is not eligible for the LG free extended warranty as advertised in the photos. It’s only for select models and this ain’t one. Which is highly disappointing that I’m not getting that extra perk. You can go to the webs The round ice is great but makes them slowly. If you link the fridge to the app, you can set the fridge to make 3 or 6 per day.

Trust the reviews!! Terrible quality control! Complete disregard of time and trouble I am currently waiting on my 3rd refrigerator delivery. Both of the previous refrigerators were dented in the same spot on the lower left front panel. I’m assuming from fork lift?? I’ve had to move entire contents of fridge to garage 3x to prepare for deliveries. As well as 4 days wasted waiting for deliveries. Don’t even get me started on the crushed dishwasher that came with dented fridge.

I bought this a few weeks ago. Delivery was delayed but the rest has been great. Nice to have a the extra room, water and 2 ice types. Happy with purchase.

Very bad customer Service. They do not owner their warranty. I will be reporting them to better Business Bureau everywhere I can.

The fridge has good features, but I can’t recommend buying it as delivered by Home Depot. It arrived with a dented door. A replacement arrived with a smaller dent. We were worn down and needed a fridge, so decided to live with it. The delivery guys asked me to remove my house door. The sales folks said fridge doors could be removed, but they said "We got no tools" so I removed my house door. They brought the fridge in, hooked it up, and helped get the door re-install started.

The French door style suits our household needs very well and the cavernous freezer drawer with its flexible partition is now considered essential. The stainless steel finish looks elegant and the PrintProof fingerprint resistance helps to keep it that way too. Removing the protective plastic sheets and striped tape does not leave any glue or other residue when it is peeled away. This is a necessary but time consuming job that is worth doing thoroughly and carefully. The flexible door jamb still has striped transit tape that is very difficult to remove, unfortunately, I broke both the delicate flexible seals trying to remove the two tapes so need to order a couple of them. All of the three handles are labelled to indicate location and they attach securely with the Allen wrench provided. Top Tip: Use the Allen wrench to carefully lever out the styrene plugs protecting the handles' Allen screws. LED lighting inside is very even and the flexible shelf layouts will take an awful lot of weight without any hint of fatigue. Each pair of shelves 'locks' to make a large shelf. In the freezer the Craft Ice shelf has plenty of space for other essentials like ice cream and fancy deserts. Refrigerator installation was great however, it’s less than six months old and making a deafening noise. Solution? Defrost it!!! You’ve got to be joking I say!! In 20 years with my old “WP”, not once did it need to be defrosted. I would not purchase this LG garbage if I had to do it over. Unbelievable.

The LG 28 cu. ft. Print proof stainless steel 3 door French door refrigerator is a beauty. NO more finger prints, well lest say it resists them. This refrigerator is big and a great addition for a large family. There are three open shelves and three closed compartments in the refrigerator part and the doors have three larger (right side) and three smaller (left side) compartments. The freezer has two pull out sliding sections and the bottom one is huge. There is so much room it’s like an apartment for your food and drink. The dual icemaker actually creates standard and craft ice (three at a time) which works out perfectly when we entertain. You can actually choose more ice or clearer ice. Just toggle between ice modes on the display screen and you are ready to go. There is also an ice plus option, believe or not actually creates MORE ice. There is a smart technology that lets you have key features anytime from your smart phone. The setup is easy so have some fun with that. This refrigerator is well-built and works perfectly, we are HAPPY.

The Refrigerator is so quiet! The glass shelves are easy to move and adjust. One door bin can be adjusted up or down for taller pitchers or bottles. The ice maker in the door makes an abundance of cubes while the bottom freezer unit makes large, two-inch round balls which we use in our iced coffee since they melt slowly. The vegetable drawers glide smoothly. The middle deli-drawer is a plus. The well illuminated, huge freezer has a smooth gliding top drawer and large, lower split bin.

LG makes a nice refrigerator. It is not flashy, but it it big an functional. And it cools nicely in the fridge and freezes well in the freezer. The freezer is a nice size although the craft ball ice bin takes up a bit of room. What swayed me towards this model was the craft ice maker. It does make craft ice, but I have yet to get a complete ball. I read the troubleshooting guide and worked through all of it and I get about a 90% ball. I'm okay with this as i just put the flat side down in a glass or use it in a water bottle where it doesn't matter. I use the 6 ball setting, as the 3 ball setting was supposed to make a clear ball, but i saw no difference. If you are selecting this model for fancy craft ice, be aware of this. If you are okay with almost cloudy balls of ice, this fridge does just fine. It also makes regular ice at the same time for door dispensing. So, you will have plenty of ice. Nice and bright, I like the drawer in the fridge for trays or laying drinks down. There's an ice plus mode that I use a lot and it seems to always have plenty of ice. The stainless steel stays ckean with a damp cloth wipe down. Much better than ss of the past. Comes with a water filter. I recommend using the factory filter as on a past LG refrigerator, I tried a different one and went straight back to the LG. Water tastes great, so it works well.

I don't how they did it but this fridge is basically the same size as its predecessor but it fits so much more food inside it. It is just well thought out space usage. Everything about this fridge has been fantastic. The ice maker isn't as scary as before, the cats don't jump to the ceiling when the ice crashes down. the craft ice is cool it - looks like I collected it in a hailstorm. This is a great choice for a main kitchen fridge. I didn't have a water dispenser before so that is incredibly handy during this heat. 5 1/2 stars.

The LG 28 cu. ft. 3 Door French Door Refrigerator is so quiet that the only sound you hear is when the ice makers fill with water or dump their ice. There’s no popping or snapping noises like I’ve heard in the past from our previous refrigerators. The glass shelves are very easy to move and adjust to a variety of levels. One door bin can be adjusted up or down for taller pitchers or bottles; the other is fixed. Both can hold a couple of gallon-sized jugs. Having two ice makers cranking out ice is a big plus. The one in the door makes an abundance of small cubes while the bottom freezer unit makes large, two-inch round balls at a rate of six per day. We use those in our iced coffee since they melt slowly. The vegetable drawers glide smoothly. I wish that the middle deli-drawer was easier to access as you have to open wide both doors before being able to pull it out fully. It’s also a bit on the small size being only 3.5 inches deep. I really like the huge freezer with its smooth gliding top drawer and large, lower split bin. Both are brightly lit by the light built into the bottom of the door above. Overall, we’re very pleased with our new refrigerator.

This LG 28cu. Refrigerator looks great. As it was 118 degrees outside today. We placed ice packs in the freezer and on the inside of refrigerator to aid in cooling the unit down after we plugged it in. This way we can use it sooner. The storage has grown over our old unit. The “ finger print proof” finish is really a nice look. Easy to clean and looks like normal stainless steel. Easy to install. We a have RO water line to the refrigerator for water and ice. Ah yes, the ice. Just check out the ice. Up top is the normal ice bucket in the door. In the freezer section is a tray for the fancy ice balls. They drop in all by themselves and you do not need to do a thing. Check out the pictures. The pull out drawer in the freezer has ample room for your smaller items.

This was a replacement for an LG four door french door refrigerator that we had purchased back in 2016. There was nothing wrong with the old refrigerator, but we decided to put our old one in the garage for this newer year model inside for our kitchen. The machine is beautiful. It's roomy and fairly well thought out...we do have a few things that we would change. The door bins are EXTREMELY skinny, in fact, not a lot of items can be placed inside of them. What good is door storage if nothing fits. And we've checked the door clearances, there is/was plenty of room to expand the sizes of the door bins. We would also love to know why they discontinued the two small cubbies at the bottom front...those two small cubbies provided an absolutely PERFECT holding area for a full dozen of eggs...quite honestly speaking, there is literally no decent place to put eggs in this new machine, and we miss those tiny cubbies very much. The orb ice maker is pretty sweet! I've been using the orb shaped ice cubes in my iced coffee on a daily basis, and have become spoiled by the ability of this new machine to make them. All in all, like I said, it's a really beautiful machine, I'd choose it again and again...I just wish it was a teeny bit more insightful with the interior storage spaces

This is a very large French door refrigerator. The interior has a large amount of storage space and the side doors on the left side all fit gallon size which is very nice and gives more storage space. The freezer has a large amount of space also. Top top and freezer bottom each have their own temperature controls. The exterior is a very nice finish . The water supply and ice maker are easy to install from the rear. Like I said before this is a large refrigerator so make sure you have the space as this on was 4 inches longer that my old one and had just enough space. Great value for such a large fridge that is high quality.

Excellent LG fridge with different types of ice made, including spherical craft ice balls. This is a high quality stainless steel refrigerator/freezer combo, with icemaker and Wi-Fi connectivity options. It uses the same app as other LG smart appliances, which use the LG Thinq app. It has LED lighting, a ton of space behind the two main fridge doors, a deli section, fruits and vegetables trays, and the icemaker is built in to the door instead of being on the upper left shelf area, like most fridges, leaving you with more room on the fridge interior for food storage. The craft ice is my favorite feature of this fridge. It makes 6 spherical ice balls every day, dropped in a box in the freezer section, or it can make three high quality spheres that are crystal clear every day. I chose the six every day option, but one quirk is that it doesn’t fill the bucket up all the way, it seems to stop at a single layer. The only complaint I would have about this fridge is that the regular ice maker, being on the left side fridge door, makes the door heavy, and it will slam shut on you pretty hard If you don’t close it gently yourself, or have your hand on it. Other than that, I’ve had no complaints with this fridge, it is very quiet, runs, efficiently, and the Wi-Fi connectivity makes setting changes very easy.
