It's sold like a high end fridge, but it only has one light inside so things are kind of dim. The touch panel on other similar LG fridges has been replaced with actual push buttons on this one. Home Depot made us feel like we were getting a great deal but it looks like it was only $100 off their regular price. The floor model was not plugged in so we didn't know these things until it arrived. Their appliance return period is only 48 hours so now we're stuck with it.

not good use of useable space
Our Kenmore fridge stop working after 7 years. This LG replacement was the what we thought was the closest to size and cubic feet. Well, it may have been the closest, but it didnt equal what the Kenmore Elite was. First of all, the right side of the French doors has an empty 6 inches of space at the bottom with no way of adjusting the shelves to fill that space. ( see photo) The shelves in the main area of the fridge were very difficult to readjust to accommodate larger items. Trying to separate the side by side shelves was so difficult, we were afraid they would break. These too had not have enough accommodating back holes to make the adjustments. The wifi instructions were not clear. Being a savvy tech, i had to repeatingly type in the supposed password, with no luck. I started over many times and was finally able to connect, but not according to instructions. I got creative in order to get it connected. If LG wanted to add something to their app, how about a leak warning from the copper tubing to the water input. The extra ice tray is nice but it can’t be fill completely or the ice would fall in the opening at the back of the tray into the main freezer. The craft ice maker is a nice feature but only 3 or 6 cubes at a time. The manual is not as user friendly and organized poorly. I do like the rolling feet. Very easy to move it out to clean under it. All-in-all it is an ok fridge that does what a fridge should do but adjustablity and full use of space makes it a 3 star product

After 4 months of homework and reading reviews, I decided on this refrigerator. I am in love with it!
Even though I saw the lights were on in the refrigerator, I asked the delivery person if it was running because it so quiet! It beautiful and spacious. I don't post a lot of reviews but on a big purchase I thought I should. I will post another in a few months for an update.

Slow to make ice and shelf spacing to narrow.
If you have more than two people living in your house, the in-door ice maker will not keep up. Even with Ice Plus turned on. The craft ice set at 6 cubes per day, still only makes three. You'll need to go out of town a few days per week so that the ice makers can catch up.
The shelf spacing is so narrow, that you cannot fit condiment bottles, 20-ounce soda bottles, or even large heads of lettuce or cabbage on a shelf without first removing one.
Don't buy a French door fridge.

Everything in the fridge and freezer consistently measures 9 degrees F more than the temperature setting. Brand new and in the A/C. Left completely closed and plugged in for four days. I will not buy another LG.

water taste is awful!
I love the size of the fridge and the fact that it creates craft ice but we are unable to use the water and ice because of the awful taste! The fridge is 2 months old and we have changed the fiter twice and have drained countless gallons of water and yet the water still tastes bad. I called Home Depot for help, they told me to call LG directly. I called the customer serivice 800 number to LG but was sent a link to a chat bot. After over an hour on chat I was told that I needed "PEX tubing". LG would not send the tubing to me so I will need to go buy it myself. I am hoping this helps so we can use the water and ice from our new refrigerator.

IF E Filter code
I bought my refrigerator 2 years ago and it stopped making ice or water last week. It keeps giving me a code to replace the water and air filters, which I have done. I have followed the online guide, defrosted the entire refrigerator and have had professionals onsite. I continue to get the same error code and can only clear it by unplugging my refrigerator. The professionals that came out told me “in the future, NEVER buy an LG appliance”. I never will again.
