      [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would never purchase another one we have had nothing but issues for 5 years . Three compressors and had to wait two months to get it fixed on more than one occasion without a refrigerator. Actually LG should give us a new one .

        We bought our refrigerator 7 yrs ago. The fridge quit cooling and we couldn't find a repair man to repair it in our area. So we had to replace it.

                [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been one of the worst purchases we have made. The ice maker broke 3 times within the first 2 years of having it. Shelves are too short to hold juice bottles or milk except a small section in the door.

                  Love this 3 Door Refrigerator
                  [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my LG Refrigerator for approximately 4 1/2 years and the compressor went bad. I love all the features of this refrigerator, especially the door within a door and am unhappy to see it has been discontinued. I’m thankful to have bought the extended warranty and am currently waiting to see if it will be repaired or replaced. Do you make a 3 door comparable to Model LSXS26366S/04?

                    Awesome door in door setup!
                    Favorite refrigerator of our lives, because of the door in door. One side is perfect for all those tiny jars and wee bottles that get lost in normal fridge setups. The medium shelves are great for getting last minute condiments like lemon juice out of the main fridge area. The only reason for deducting a star is the crazy design of the water dispenser. Who thought a convex pushing method for a convex glass would be reasonable? Still annoying all these years later. Fridge and freezer still working like a champ. Hope another door in door like this is finally being made again when we need to replace this one. Would buy a second version to replace the garage fridge, as a back up, if there was anything like it available.

                      This refrigerator is a lemon
                      If I could give this refrigerator 0 (zero) stars I would do just that. We had a second compressor fail on this refrigerator, and though it is still on warranty, losing the contents of both the fridge and the freezer is an expense that I would not wish on anyone. And we did it twice. There are features that are nice but they are not worth the cost of replacing the contents every 3 years. And though a replacement compressor would be free, installation of it would be expensive. And this would be the third compressor since it was purchased in 2016.

                        This one is the best so far! My daughter can put up all of her magnetic photos. The features included are door in door, craft ice and Instaview. My daughter proudly shows me how to use Instaview which makes everyone was so happy! The refrigerator itself is very spacious and sleek. My Mom can store many things as she likes and it’s still roomy. I connected the refrigerator with the app as well as other LG products. Everything is beyond expectation! Thank you LG for making this dream refrigerator.

                                Worked perfect until compressor stopped
                                [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We went 4 years with perfect cooling then suddenly our compressor went out. It started with the ice maker, days later the freezer stopped, days after that the fridge. Luckily we were under the warranty and they came out and fixed it for free.

                                    I really love my refrigerator and the fact I don’t need to open my main refrigerator due to the fact it’s like a door in a door and I keep items that are used constantly in the outer door and keeps the cooler air in.

                                        Great features with real usable space.
                                        I bought this refrigerator five years ago and have been happy with the product. The size and features are just right.The outer door access is a real smart use of space and makes getting small items like condiments easy and quick. On the negative side,I did have to replace the condenser earlier than expected, and service was not easy to arrange.

                                          This fridge is designed well and works great. Side by side is best way to go so you can see everything easily. The fridge side the shelves do run deep so sometimes I have to look hard to find something.

                                            I like the little door in my LSXS26366S.
                                            [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I basically like the design of the refrigerator and the little door feature but the main problem is that since the time I owned this refrigerator the freezer has not frozen the food cold enough. The first time this happen, I had to throw out all of my frozen food (LG reimbursed me for the spoiled food). The second time is just recently—the freezer wasn't cold enough to freeze the ice cream even at -3+ temperature.

                                                  Got one around 2019, just find out not cooling today, have to call someone to check it out later.

                                                    I have this refrigerator 3 yrs now and the freezer stop wrking , it’s been 1 week and still waiting on parts, but beside that it’s good and it came with a dent , everything time they delivered the refrigerator it has a different dent
