[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While the cubic feet is larger than we had I lost shelf space due to no egg tray and no third drawer for deli items. The fridge door has no real depth and now our milk and other larger items sit on the inner shelves rather than on door. Additionally the indoor water feature is not wide enough and often causes spillage. These are things we did even think to notice when looking at design.

We love our new refrigerator. The door in door feature is wonderful. The black stainless is very beautiful. The filtered water and ice is great. The only complaint we have is that it makes a loud humming noise and it is very annoying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I bought this about a month and a half ago, shopped around and found this model to have everything we were looking for. Runs quiet. Ice and water on the door work good and are easy to use. Doesn’t drop a lot of extras on the floor. I really like the door on the door for the fridge. Didn’t realize how much we only get out those thing until we had the option. The control panel on freezer door is easy to use and convient to adjust. From temperatures to lights very simple. This thing is massive stick out farther that our last dinky fridge. I shut down a chest freezer and an upright and fit it in this one. And we have yet to fill the fridge to max capacity. It has a door alarm and an led light to light the glass also. That can be turned off and on . Good fridge.

The Fridge was not fully installed. It was moved into place, but do not fit the place. The left door totally can not be open. Waiting for return

Purchased this product just over two years ago. I was informed today Jan 15, 2018 that it has a blown compressor which will cost $900. It only comes with a 1 year parts and labor warranty from LG, which should tell you something. I took the $900 and bought a new brand from another merchant. I get most appliances are disposable but 2 years is ridiculous for $1400. Buy any brand but LG. Search LG refrigerators and you'll see what I mean.

I’ve had the refrigerator for a couple of weeks now and I love it. The door-in-door feature is great! The water/ice in the door is great. The black stainless steel is gorgeous. The only thing I miss from my old frig is a cheese drawer near the middle. This one has two fruit/veg drawers at the bottom. No meat drawer either, only in the freezer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So this refrigerator is great and I made it fit into our kitchen. The added height by running the power cord to the top was the limiting factor. I had to pull down our cabinets and cut some trim off and then reinstall them. I heard other people just cut a small "u-shape" in their cabinet trim to allow it to slide back allowing the power cord to pass through. Other than the power cord, this fridge is awesome, works flawlessly, and we love all the room inside and the added extra door on the outside.

I purchased this fridge a few months ago and we love it. There are some odd things though that we haven't understood yet why they are the way they are for example the spacing of the glass shelves some of them clearly don't make sense as you would not want shelves that close to one another, maybe theres a reason for it I just don't know it. The water on the freezer door takes some getting use to. Its in a weird spot so at first you go to get ice and you end up hitting the water and it goes everywhere. We are used to it but when we have guests over theres at least someone who is getting water all over the floor. When pressing the touch buttons on the freezer door they make a pleasant sound. There is a door alarm for when you leave it open too long which we thought was silly until we realized we do sometimes forget to close it in the middle of cooking a lot of things at once and constantly being in and out of the fridge. We had trouble with the filter it kept leaking and we kept taking it out putting it back in and it still leaked, but one day I must of put it in just right and now it has not leaked since.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I drink something constantly and having the beverage door helps a lot. The drinks stay cold but also everything else does too. I'm only opening one door to access the drink of my choice. Everything from milk to juice to beer and wine. It's like having my own mini bar at home. It's feminine yet masculine as well. Great choice couldn't be happier.

THAN MY 29 YEAR OLD GE AND SHELVES ARE LIMITED IN ADJUSTING. ICE MAKER HALF THE THE SIZE. ONLY HALF OF THE CONTROLS ARE LIT. ICE MAKER QUIT ONCE. ALARM IS NOT LOUD NOR DOES IT CONTINUE TO BEEP. I WILL NEVER BUY A FRIDGE AT HOME DEPOT WITH ONLY A 48 HOUR RETURN POLICY. NO TIME TO PROPERLY EVALUATE. LG DOES MANY THINGS RIGHT BUT THEY NEED TO LOOK AT THE $1900 ELECTRIC PANEL SHOWING FLASHING POWER OUTAGES AND MORE. INSTEAD OF DOOR IN DOOR, THERE WAS A WONDERFUL DROP DOWN PANEL. THE WATER DISPENSER SHOOTS OUT AT AN ANGLE. NO ONE DID A PROOF OF CONCEPT WITH THIS PIECE OF JUNK I AM NOW STUCK WITH. This is an excellent fridge. The indoor ice maker provides extra space in the freezer section. The door-in-door takes a bit of getting used to, but definitely a huge energy saver by not having to open the whole fridge up to get to the ketchup. One thing that I'd like to note is that the dimensions fit under my cabinet fine, except for the small bump where the power cord comes out. Cutting a notch in the bottom of the cabinets allowed me to slide it the rest of the way in. I was fully expecting to have to makes some modifications so it wasn't a big deal (kitchen is a complete throwback to 1959).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] However, you have to make sure you close it hard or otherwise it will pop open. It's happened a couple of times we thought the door was closed but found out later it was still open. It's convenient but may also be a hassle.

We are very pleased with this fridge with only a few exceptions. The space overall, the lighting, the noise and the alarm when the door is open are all great. The front side door does not close easily, as mentioned in many other reviews, but you get used to closing it hard. There also is not a lot of tall shelf space, even after rearranging the shelves. Otherwise, we have been very pleased. We have had the fridge now for a few months. The Home Depot delivery was wonderful, right on time and super helpful getting the fridge in and helping us move our old fridge into the garage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this fridge for about a year and love it! Had issue with ice maker at first, but come to find out it was just not plugged in when it was installed.

A wonderful new addition to our kitchen! The door-in-door is a great new feature, and we are loving the ice maker in the door rather than taking up a ton of freezer space. The only changes I would suggest are adding a deli drawer, and adding a magnetic seal to the half door (it doesn't close well unless you push it shut).

Love the look of this fridge! Its very quiet and keeps very cold. LG has really outdone themselves on this one. Plus the display features on the door make it very user friendly to set to your likings. It has so much space and room inside, both freezer and fridge. Our favorite feature is the "door in door". Makes it very easy to get to the most used items in a snap! Our only issue was the ice and water dispenser on the door are two separate buttons. Took us a minute to figure that out after there was water all over the kitchen floor haha. Other then that it works fabulous, and for the price...you can't beat it.

This is a $2,200 Refrigerator for a lot le$$. I purchased this LG Refrigerator and Love It! You can not beat the features nor the look of this Fridge. I had to replace my 11 year old faithful, White Whirlpool side by side Refrigerator which finally stopped cooling. I had my mind set on another Whirlpool or upgrade to a Kitchen Aid. I had the models I wanted. Once I saw this side by side with other models, the sheet metal quality looked so much better then all other brands dull, dark appearance. The sales person said they just came in, I looked at other brands. Once he showed me this one with it's "Door in Door" features & it was less then the other LG models as well, I had to buy it, the modern look, features & for the price I paid could not be beat. I have not had any problems with it so far & it is perfect for a single person with it's modern features, interior space. It runs very quiet. I love the digital display on the exterior & the blueish LED lighting all through out the interior. LG seems like it is taking a large chunk of market-share. As a new LG customer, I can see why. I wanted to buy American but the other Refrigerators either had that annoying flap on French Door Models, I would never live with that nor the large bottom freezer config, I never got why you want to bend down every time you need something in your new freezer. This LG model had the modern look, new feature's. Other Refrigerators seemed like I would just be replacing my old one with an uninspiring new one. This model changed all of that in 10 minutes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful, awesome, and comfortable. Easy to clean and large on the inside, but its size on the outside is small. It does not take up much space in the kitchen. It is also light to clean underneath. I advise you on LG refrigerators. If there is any problem, just talk to the company and they will give you the soonest appointment. Their service is fast and inexpensive.
