    Q:Freezer stopped cooling even though temp says 0°. I cleaned condenser coils and reset fridge by unplugging for five minutes. Still broke. Any suggestions?

      Q:I have water coming out of the water line but it is not making ice. I have replaced the ice maker twice and the ice maker is working but is not getting water. Is there a separate water line connecting to the ice maker and if so how do I fix this.

      A:  Hi there, The water inlet valve could be malfunctioning: The water inlet valve is responsible for allowing water to flow into the refrigerator and ice maker. If the valve is not functioning properly, it may not be allowing water to flow to the ice maker, but still allowing water to flow to the spigot.
