My husband installed this faucet and not being a plumber he did pretty good. I love the height of the spout and the handle. We are very happy with the purchase.

I really like this faucet . I love the fan spray. It really gets and all the corners and washers things down. I only have some issues with the soap dispenser. Comes out very slow. I was going to call and have them come back out and check it but I haven't done that yet .

Love the look of this faucet and it resists water spots/finger prints wonderfully. The only complaint is that the handle has to be tightened OFTEN. I have noted others have had this same issue so I contacted Koehler via email. They responded quickly and indicate that a new handle kit is being sent. Will review again once this is received and I've had a chance to use for a while to see if in fact this will be the "fix" of this problem

The faucet became loose from the mount. We are empty nesters and I rarely cook. I wish I had read the other reviews before I purchased.

Wife liked the look and I liked the function. I had more issues removing the old faucet than installing this. Very glad we purchased this product.

The quality is good, and installation is easy. I am happy with it.

Handle came off 6 months after installation. called customer service and was promised a replace kit. I have waited two months. I give up. I paid 60.00 to have it installed. I am senior on ss . I have lost money and time on a beautiful faucet that has made me crazy. It should be recalled.

Bought and had installed by professional plumber mid July 2015. Handle fell off February 2016. Went online and read reviews and apparently this is common with this faucet. Wish I had read reviews before purchasing. Can't reach Kohler by phone, message says too many calls and no option to leave message. Sent email last night. No idea when I will hear back. Being a Kohler product I expected better quality and service.

We installed this faucet in my parents newly remodeled kitchen the first week of November 2015. Within 2 weeks, the handle was loose. They called a plumber who determined the problem was with the handle set screw, as reported by many of the reviewers on this web site. The plumber tightened the screw, but within a couple of weeks the handle came loose again, affecting the flow of water and ease of use. We requested a new handle from Kohler on December 28, 2015. It has been over 4 weeks and we have yet to receive the replacement handle. The handle came completely off on January 11, 2016. My parents are in their 90's and not capable of tightening this set screw every few days just to have it loosen again shortly thereafter. They ended up purchasing a different brand faucet. This Kohler faucet is beautiful, but the design is flawed. It's also quite pricey for a product that has a high likelihood of failure.

I bought this July 2015. After two months I had the problem with the handle been loose. Tighten the allen screw but kept on been loose after few days. I called the Kohler custom service and explain the situation. The lady that answered able to ship me a redesign new handle for free. The new handle fits well and has never had problem again. Great custom service and wonderful product.

Received this faucet as a gift a year ago. Within 4 months of using it (basic use in a home kitchen), the handle completely fell off and wouldnt reattach. Worked with Kohler customer service (who was very helpful) and received a brand new replacement of this same model. Now 6 months after that replacement has the exact same thing happening and handle is extremely loose on the verge of falling off again. Kohler customer service is again helpful and letting me pick a different model to replace with this time. They say the problem was fixed, but they also told me that 6 months ago so I would say just go with a different model all together and save yourself the headache!! But I would absolutely recommend Kohler based on the customer service I received.

This product handle needs to be tightened with a 3/32 allen wrench sometimes twice a day. Kohler promised a replacement handle I have been waiting 5 weeks.

This was a great faucet for about a month. The handle then loosened and eventually fell off. One small inadequate screw holds the handle in place. We tightened it repeatedly, but within days it always loosened and came off again. Too bad because we otherwise loved the look and the quality of the sprayer. We are finally done trying and will purchase a different brand. It's not worth the trouble.

I had a plumber install this kitchen faucet about a week ago. It looks much nicer than what was removed and I'm glad to get rid of the dated veggie sprayer. I'm still not sure if I like the side mounted mechanism and I tend to increase the flow when I want to turn it off. And for those with a basic stainless double sink, I'd advise against this model as the excellent spray is too aggressive for a shallow sink. For a deeper sink, it would be great.

Very disappointed in this Kohler product. It looks nice, but the handle doesn't stay tighten. Save $189 and buy a different design.

I purchased this unit in Feb. of this year and the handle was loose right out of the box. I had to keep tightening the handle until the screw finally deteriorated to the point of complete failure. I now slip the handle on every time I need to use it. The sprayer and aesthetics of the unit are great though. I may research a different brand next time...I'm a plumber and chose Kohler for my house and was surprised with the poor quality.

I think that you can generally rely on the quality of a Kohler product and this seems to be backed by the lifetime warrantee.

Worst faucet ever. Handle is now sitting on the counter because I can't deal with it anymore. I have the correct size wrench thingie for it, but that makes NO difference. It stays tight for an hour, then falls off again. i wrote Kohler and they sent me a replacement. It was the wrong color and wrong size, and would not fit onto the screw sticking out - it was too SMALL. So over it. I am pulling the faucet and getting another brand. DO NOT BUY THIS no matter how nice it looks. You will be in for a world of frustration.

Dec, 2015 Handle was lose after 3 days! I bought it before reading the reviews on it, bad mistake on my part. I returned it and realized that the store display faucet also had the same problem, so why is this product still being sold??? What's going on Kohler??? Can't you see you're wasting people's time, whilst your reputation is being tarnished?!?!? So I replaced it with a Delta faucet....much better!

Tightened handle 3 times and still comes loose. Went to kohler website and found it's a common problem. Bad product! Thought Kohler was better than this.

This is a beautiful and statement piece we love it in our new kitchen. The only thing to note is the lever to turn on he water is opposite compared to other ones. To turn on the water you push it up instead of pulling it down. It takes some getting used to.

The Faucet was so well packaged that when it was ready to install you only had to follow the images on the sheet and you could not go wrong. So easy. It was installed within an hour and what great features you could use it one handed with no problems. It has a very high arch spout with a pull-down faucet make this a very elegant and graceful design. a single handle make it very easy to adjust water temperature. very nice piece of equipment for my kitchen.

My name is Danny, I purchased the faucet at Home Depot. Looks great for a few months. Than the handle fell off. Went back to Home Depot. The girls working that day could not have been more helpful. They looked up on the internet the faucet information. That gave me the allen wrench size...3/32 and I attempted to tighten. Still not right. I called Kohler and customer service, the women could not have been nicer...She quickly sent out an new and improved handle. I once again broke out my 3/32 allen wrench and attempted to replace the handle.The new handle doesn't even fit on the shaft. It's to small. So right now you use kids gloves to use the sink. Time to make an appointment with the plumber to re-place the faucet. I guess I'm made of money The design on this handle is terrible. The allen wrench head screw does not go into anything NO NOTCH,it will never stay tight.

I live in an area where sand gets into the water main and clogs the screen in the spray head. I called Kohler Support to find out how to remove and clean the screen. Their reply....Sorry, there is no way to remove the screen. I must replace the spray head. Very poor design. I am extremely disappointed.

As many other reviewers pointed out, the handle gets loose and comes off in a matter of weeks and I have to re-tighten it every week - what a joke for such a high price purchase. I thought I was unlucky to get a wrong component and even thought to purchase a replacement part from Kohler then I read the product reviews at Home Depot. The conclusion is obvious - this faucet is defective by design and Kohler should pull it out of the market.

After only three months of using this product (by me alone), the handle became loose and fell off. I have tried, without success, to put it back on. After reading the above reviews, it becomes apparent the handle is a bad design flaw and ongoing problem.

Was easy to install and instructions were excellent, The sprayer works very well and is very precise in its pattern. Very happy with our purchase.

So far my handle has not fallen off, maybe the corrected that problem but my beef is with the valve. Only in some parallel universe is the hot is cold and on is off. With this faucet clockwise/right = hot counter cw/left = cold push handle toward the goose neck = on pull handle away from the goose neck = off This reminds me of yahoo, google, firefox etc. always changing their layout. My wife hates it, i am trying to adjust. More than likely it will be returned because it is the only faucet in the world (?) that reversed everything. It is almost as if they took the original valve/handle and installed it upside down. If i turned the handle over and it pointed towards the counter top the thing would be normal. I would expect this faucet to be discontinued soon enough???
