We bought this faucet 1/2/2016... It's a beautiful faucet....I had this faucet probably 2 weeks and started having trouble with the handle ALWAYS coming loose and I have been dealing with this situation for over 2 years cause couldn't find our receipt until recently I would have to keep tighten the handle up at least 3-4 times a week!!!!!!...and now today I can't get the handle to screw back on at ALL! The sad thing is that I really LOVE this faucet just wish this handle situation would get fixed. I would not recommend this faucet although I understand there was a update on this faucet and the handle problem was suppose to be resolved. Well I wish they would give me another updated faucet!!!

Beautiful design

Soap dispenser spins 360 degrees with a slite touch. It seem a rubber washer or something is missing to give some resistance from spinning.

easy to install for any handy person. Handle issues seem to be fixed [see reviews of two years ago]. Directionality is confusing at first for people used to other brands.

I trashed my delta after about 5 $20 repair kits and replaced with the Kohler 4 hole Mazz, easy to install, includes stainless supply lines and no-drip soap dispenser, nice soled faucet docking with a good spray. For the cost of only $180 and lifetime warranty, a good bargain. I feel sorry for the customer complaints about the loose handle, try about 2 drops of blue locktite if your handle comes loose !!!! Sorry about all the cry babies over the loose handle. This is a good quality faucet

Love this faucet!! The sleek design, the strong sprayer and the soap dispenser was the perfect replacement for my existing faucet. Was sceptical about a one lever pull down but this faucet is amazing!

Went in easy.

HORRIBLE HANDLE!!! Have to tighten screw (which isn't so easy) almost every 3rd day as it loosens with each use! If you don't tighten this screw with the allen wrench it will eventually just fall off. I read Kohler is aware of this DEFECT and has not addressed it properly or at all, including my lengthy email I sent to them regarding this defective handle over 3 months ago. Unfortunately, I am a procrastinator and am finding it difficult to schedule a plumber to re-install as well as going to the store to get another replacement faucet. Therefore, I have been dealing with this problem for months now. The handle will work fine for a day or so and then slowly loosens each time you use it. I really liked the style and functionality of this faucet when it is not loose but this need to tighten the screw every few days is quite annoying. I purchased a $25K kitchen(INNERMOST) from Home Depot and had my own installer for all. I plan to return this defective faucet ASAP.

it looks great on my kohler Sink. Didn't install the soap dispenser b/c I use the hole for my new water filter faucet.

I'm thoroughly disappointed with this faucet. We bought it in 2015 and had the loose handle problem. Kohler sent the replacement kit, which worked for a little while, but then the handle came loose again. We had a plumber tighten it a few months ago, but now it is loose once more. It appears to be unfixable, and it has really shaken my trust of this brand.

Beautiful look but even after receiving a repair kit from Kohler the handle still comes loose. We only have two adults in our household so it's not from grabbing the handle too hard or using it constantly. Finish hides water spots, unlike my Kohler bathroom fixtures, but that's another review, but I just can't believe Kohler can't figure out a permanent solution to the handle issue. I've owned the for one year and will be looking for a replacement Very disappointing

Very nice looking faucet that was easy to install. Works great!

Bought 6/2016 and professionally installed. Handle loose from start. When it was ready to fall off found it was redesigned because of a known flaw. Kohler will replace for free. Beware the included Allen wrench (5/32) for the set screw is bigger than the one required (3/32) for the old set screw. It's only been a couple weeks since reinstalling but so far so good.

The product fits fine and operates without a fault. Nice product
