Very simple installation (other than wiggling under the sink ;<) Operation is a bit different but overall normal flow and sprayer velocity is Awesome! Excellent improvement to our kitchen!

I love my new faucet. Easy install. It went right in and I didn't have to buy anything extra to make the connections.

Was what we expected! Installation was very easy except for the fact that getting under the sink at my age was the biggest draw back. Looks great on our sink and is very easy to operate. Would recommend this to all that need a new fixture because of the ease of installation. Lives up to the Kohler name.

Great faucet ....you do have to get used to the way the handle works...the way you turn on hot and cold water and mix.....once you get used to it it is absolutely wonderful.

Although we liked the appearance online, it had 2 flaws when we received it. It was much taller than the description said and the handle had to go backwards beyond vertical f the temperature mixing. This did not give us enough clearance to use it effectively.

Works great. Removal of old much harder than install. Great water pressure. I installed the Allan screw in handle with locktight bc of reviews indicating it loosens. Looks like Kohler had already corrected problem with loctite it had blue substance on threads. Works great so far.

Love this faucet. Every expectation met and more. Great value.

Love the look of this faucet, but the need to to tighten the set screw every month or so means I'll be replacing it. I supposedly received the "new and improved" version of the faucet, which had "fixed" the problem with the handle. I then needed the repair kit in order to try to remedy the problem. That did not work either. The handle loosens to the point where it spins around every 4-6 weeks. I expected better from Kohler. Am currently looking to replace. So disappointing.

The faucet is a nice sleek look.

Normally the hot water is always on the left side of handle, but in this when you move it to the right then the hot water comes. I don't know why?

I decided to go with the Kohler brand for a kitchen remodel 2 years ago because Moen and Delta have been slipping in quality in recent years with plastic parts where they can't be seen (until they break). Yes, they offer a warranty but wait until you get the "shipping and handling" costs for a plastic retainer. Anyway, I liked the esthetics of the Mazz and decided to give it a try in spite of some negative reviews which frankly, seemed a little picky. When the product arrived, the first thing I did was check the handle which must have been the revised design because it seemed fine. I secured the set screw anyway with Locktite and it has yet to loosen. The other complaint was the you have move the handle TOWARD the body to turn on the water flow. In my opinion, this is a genius innovation by Kohler. Apparently, the people who complained about this don't actually cook or are just way too set in their ways. I love it. When my hands are all goopy from handling raw meat or other messy food prep all I have to do is hit it with my elbow to rinse. I also like the fan spray. As a cook, it works great to clear debris into the disposal. I pre-adjust everything before installation so the faucet turns just right and so on. A professional installer won't take that kind of care. Nice job Kohler!

Went in easy and looks and works great. I like the way this one has a wide mist spray.

I am a little disappointed in that the faucet is continually moving instead of stable. This is something that you don’t know until it is installed.
