bought this for renovated kitchen with quartz counters and it looks very nice ....we used without plate with holes drilled out faucet and soap dispenser......have for 2 yrs works like a charm and looks great in our near 100 yr old home.

Easy to install, soft touch valve, and hidden valve helps appearance.

Handle loose, looked up here, thanks for comments, will be calling for defect

Great little faucet. Looks nice and was super easy to install. It does take a day to get used to the opposite handle function (push in to turn on water and pull away from neck to turn it off) but otherwise it works perfectly. Sad to hear so many had issues with a poor original design because now that its been corrected, I find no problems here!

Yes, it looks good and the sprayer works well, however the handle becoming loose is a serious issue without a remedy (and it's not a once a year issue, more of a weekly problem)... the instructions do not even address how to tighten a loose "set screw" as I have read in online postings. I wish I had read the reviews before buying :-(

This faucet is very well put together, easily installed and looks amazing. I was skeptical of having the tall faucet, but after installing it was very pleasantly surprised at how well it looks. Having the soap dispenser attached to the sink verses having a separate container of soap that may spill if knocked over. So far I have not a single complaint about this faucet

This moves smoothly and the handle adjusts easily. We like the more modern, clean look of it. It has a interesting spray pattern. Our handyman had it replaced quickly. Although it comes with the soap dispenser, we are not using it.

If you read the reviews you will see that there is major problem with the handle coming loose. While Sarah from Kohler will reply that there is fix and just contact Kohler, the faucet I bought a few months ago still has the problem. Sarah - rather than cause your customers a whole bunch of frustration with the problem and then having us return the faucet to Home Depot or Google a solution, why not recall the defective stock and correct it rather than leaving it on the shelf. Alternatively, send the correct replacement parts to all Home Depots with stock so that the consumer has the correct part from the get-go. You are lucky I stumble across the fact that you have a fix before I returned the faucet and you lost me as a Kohler customer.

The faucet looks nice, but the handle became very loose. I purchased a screw for the handle base from Kohler to tighten it up and the screw they sent was too large. Frustrating.

A week after installation the handle fell off and we contacted Kohler and they instructed me to purchase a new set screw from them, which then was too large.

I bought this faucet a little over a year ago. I soon experienced the lose handle syndrome that many complained about. It was very frustrating to be sure. It was difficult to reach the set screw to retighten the handle every few weeks. At the time I wrote a review which said "Kohler you can do better". Luckily for me, I decided to check back in on this site and found that Kohler had indeed fixed the issue, and was standing behind their product with a redesign they offered to those of us who had the issue for free. I called kohler Customer last Monday and the new handle and parts arrived on Saturday - no charge. I just installed the fix and the it is an excellent redesign - and, I am a happy customer again. Thank you Kohler! By the way, before I knew about the fix, I had already made up my mind to replace the faucet, with another Kohler model, as I know they are a great company..

Handle broke off after less than a year of use. Disappointed.

The pull down sprayer kitchen faucet is a nice color and look. It is hard to get used to how to pull the handle in and out. It does not feel natural and I am still trying to get used to how the faucet works.

Stylish and modern. The instructions were well written and easy to follow. The installation was pretty simple and straight-forward. The handle does take some getting use to because of the style, but it works well and looks great. The pull down is a great feature. The water pressure flows nice and even for both the spray and stream function. Easy to wipe down and keep clean.

This faucet is very stylish and it is very easy to install. I love the side handle. My children are able to reach it without having to pull up a step stool to wash their hands. The height of the faucet makes it a lot easier to clean and fill large pots. The pull down sprayer lets you clean your sink more easily as well as angle the water into the corners of hard to clean dishes. Very happy with this faucet.

I loved this faucet on sight and couldn't beat the price anywhere. Within a month or so of installation the handle started to loosen repeatedly. Kohler provided a replacement and the lock-tite without any hassles. It was so refreshing! Several months later the pullout head started to leak out of the side of the faucet when the water was running but only when it was not in the fan spray mode. I called them again and they are providing the replacements without any drama. Granted I would rather not have to call them but it is such a relief to find a company willing to help you anymore.

If youve read any reviews on this faucet, there was previously an issue with the handle which has since been redesigned. This faucet has a striking design, and the sprayer is a nice upgrade from our old faucet. You can install this whether you have 1, 2, 3, or 4 holes in your sink/countertop. The faucet comes with the necessary water supply lines included. Overall, we are very pleased with this.

Kohler Mazz Single-Handle Pull-Down Sprayer Kitchen Faucet in Vibrant Stainless (Model # K-R72511-SD-VS): It was very easy to install. Only took about 15 minutes or so. The result was great. The faucet looks modern and fits very well on my sink. The quality seems to be great and I expect it to last for a very long time. I would strongly recommend this product.

This is a modern looking stylish pull-down sprayer kitchen faucet. Easy to use and came with good instructions. Could get it installed in a few minutes. Good to use for home or office kitchen. Extremely easy to clean and maintain. The quality is good and has good water pressure. Pretty good size and weight. Not heavy at all and came inside nice packaging.

This is a very pretty faucet! It is nice and shiny, matching well with other chrome fixtures. It was easy to install, and I haven't had any issues with the slider pulling back into the holder (which I've had happen with just about every faucet with a pull-out before). It polishes up nicely after use, with a quick wipe off using my kitchen rag/towel. The flow is nice on "regular," and the sprayer function is powerful, which I like because I use that for things like rinsing berries, and washing down the sink. I waited a bit before posting my review, as I saw that other people had problems with the set screw on the handle, but so far mine has been fine.

This pull down spray kitchen faucet is great. The height is great, tall enough to fill a large pitcher without tipping or spilling. The spray pulls down easily and easily retracts. It can be a steady steam of water or a spray and reaches both of the sinks in my double sink. It is so convenient to have the faucet pull down sprayer, and handle all in one piece.

This unit replaced a more recently installed kitchen faucet due to a malfunction with it, but a blessing with it. This unit offers great sink height, being able to fill taller pots without having to use the spray nozzle. It also allows cleaning to be easier with the height change and the taller neck, The handle location the side makes it easier for our oldest children to use without needed to pull out the step stool and the soap dispenser is a nice touch no matter what. The finish is classic and has held up very well in a very busy house of 6.

This faucet was so heavy it would not stay in position. The spray function sprayed everywhere. It was really hard to adjust water temp. I took it back after three weeks. Horrible.

My Wife and I bought this faucet to compliment our kitchen remodel. After being installed for 3 months, the set screw loosened and the handle fell off. I located the set screw and attempted to re tighten it, but it does not align the way it should and it continues to come loose. It would seem the bottom part of the stem that supports the handle needs to be flattened for the set screw to work. I've tried everything to repair this problem without success. Needless to say neither of us our happy with this purchase.

This is a beautiful faucet as you always get and expect from Kohler. This faucet performance is exceptional and finish withstands the pitfalls of daily usage. I always wipe mines down daily as I unfortunately reside in a region that have hard water and it is essentially to wipe it down or you will be stuff with hard water spots. The only issue that I have with this faucet is that the handle from time to time has to be tighten as the screw is notorious about coming loose. This faucet is durable, modern and has great water pressure and is easy to install and you get excellent directions and diagrams on installation. If you want to update and give your kitchen a upgraded, this is faucet.

The Mazz single handle pull-down kitchen faucet is a good quality faucet with many features. It is simple and modern looking. Water temperature adjustments are easy with the single handle and as an added feature, the faucet pulls down easily to wash or rinse. It retracts and stays in place securely with magnets. I did not experience any of the problems that some of the people had with earlier versions. It also cleans quickly and resists water spots compared to my older facet. Easy to install with clear directions.

We bought this gorgeous faucet to go with the black sink that i purchased at the same time. The two together are beautiful together. I love the pull down sprayer and just the overall look of it

Love the faucet but the handle mechanism won't stay tight. You have to retighten every few days. Contacted Kohler. They were very nice and are sending another, updated handle which should fix the problem.

This faucet is very nice looking and I really love the soap dispenser that it comes with as well. This is really easy to install all you need to do is follow the included instructions and you will be all set. I love that Kohler always includes everything you need to install their faucets. I hate when you buy something and then have to run out to purchase water lines or other items when they should come with it originally. Kohler faucets always do and that is what I love about them. The water pressure was great too so I highly recommend checking this out.. No more having the plastic soap bottles on my counter is also a great plus. I read in other reviews about issues with the handle coming loose but so far I haven't had any issue with this and it has been installed for about three months now. I am very happy with this faucet so far as I always am with all Kohler faucets I have received.

Insinkerstor view model works good, but disappointed that it was not available in stainless steel - just brushed nickel. Hence does not match.faucet or soap dispenser finish.
