This is nothing you should expect to occur when choosing a Kohler faucet. There is a screw within the handle that can be tightened to secure the handle if it becomes loose. This can be done by unscrewing the bonnet by handle and removing the handle and bonnet together. Once removed, you can access the screw within the handle. Sorry I had it installed as a replacement for our Delta that leaked. The neck is too narrow. The water flows slowly. I don't like or need a water saver. I should have bought a wider neck without the water saver. A BIG MISTAKE that cost me over $200 to have it installed by our Plumber.

Looking at this faucet after a couple of days it looked kind of chintzy. The base is underwhelming.
If you leave the water saver in the water pressure is to low. Take it out and the pressure is too high and sloppy.
The handles open and close like a Swiss watch, very easy.
But if you are looking for something a little more high end looking you may want to pass on the Devonshire.
