LOVE THE LOOK, BUT HAVING PROBLEMS WITH LEAKS & MOISTURE AROUND BASE OF FAUCET
We have had this faucet for a couple of years. Shortly after install we developed moisture around the base of the faucet. We contacted Kohler & they shipped us a part. We still have moisture around base & now we have water leaking from the copper tubing. Of course it’s the weekend & a Holiday & won’t be able to contact Kohler until Tuesday. NOT HAPPY!!

You pay for quality!!!
A piece of cake to install with instructions. I replaced an old Moen with this one. I have a tight, TIGHT space underneath my sink, and from beginning to end was 45 minutes, without any assistance. The most tedious part was adjusting the weight to get the correct pull back on the retractable handle. Fits tight to the counter and looks great. The strong elliptical spray was a nice touch as it is better for getting food off of dishes. Turns between the two sinks effortlessly. The old saying "pay cheap, pay twice" applies. I can't see ever replacing this item.

Terrible soap dispenser
The soap dispenser has been giving me hard time. It is hard to get the soap up and every now and then, it stops dispensing soap as it loses the spring action. Every time this happens, I have to dismantle it and assemble it again only to work for a short period of time and the problem recurs. Now, it is happening on a daily basis.

Both the head and pump with straw can be soaked in warm/hot water to help soften any soap build-up within. Leaks and plugs
Not good quality. Multiple repairs in a matter of 2 years. Don't waste your money. The supply lines plug, the ball joint for the sprayer wears out quickly and you'll end up having leaks under your sink. Instead of spending 50 bucks here or there to fix it and mop up puddles just buy something that's higher quality.

Great look, poor pressure
I love the look of this faucet, it goes great with the stainless appliances in my kitchen. However, after not even 3 years of use the pressure on this faucet is horrible. The “switch” that changes the water from stream to spray has to be pushed in forcefully in order for any sort of pressure to occur for either function. Very disappointed given the age and price of this product.

First purchase I opened box and found missing parts (faucet...
First purchase I opened box and found missing parts (faucet spray button switch missing). Returned for another Barossa. Installed pretty easily, only to find the hot water pressure is very low. Purged the lines during install, and again as troubleshooting. $200 for flow worse than I had before unacceptable. Called Koehler and cannot get any human to answer.

Hoses are not thick enough . They crimp when shutting...
Hoses are not thick enough . They crimp when shutting off water causing flow problems. For $200 add some fiberglass meshed hoses to prevent this .

Developed leaks in 3 places within 3 years of installation
Total waste of money. I am having to replace this Kohler Barossa kitchen faucet after 3 years of ownership because it has developed leaks in THREE places! (at the pull-out, at the on-off control lever, at the supply line under the sink).
Obviously there's inadequate quality control at Kohler. Between this and the Kohler toilet that doesn't clean the bowl when flushing, I am giving up on Kohler products.
