Q:Set screw fell off the on off handle on the. Barossa single handle pull down faucet with soap dispenser. I would like a screw along with the the correct size wrench to install is. A kitchen contractor installed it and left no instructions.

The entire sprayhead would get removed and we recommend to soak the head in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and warm water. Thank you for choosing Kohler.

A: The head is metal clad. The inside is plastic. It looks like stainless steel but it is slightly magnetic so it is most likely a low grade stainless.
