I really like this faucet. Its great when my hands have touched raw meat and i don’t have to touch a faucet handle to turn water on. I would like to know the best way to clean the faucet, we have hard water and I’m not getting good water pressure. Is there a way to clean out the sprayer ? Thank you

I got this faucet about a week ago. It was priced at $310 on Kohler webpage and initially at $240 at Home Depot. I guess it was being discontinued and got it at $140 so it was a fantastic price. I had initially gone to HD competitor but they had a poor selection. I went there first because it was closer but I usually go to HD anyway. Anyway, it was easy to install especially with the new type of nut to hold the faucet down. I like the new side to side rinse instead of the usual circular rinse most faucets have. I have given this only 4 stars because I just got it. If it last a couple of years, as I hope it will, I would give it 5 stars. FYI, I did not install the soap dispenser as we don't have a hole for it, but I am trying to get my wife to let me add one. It looks easy to install too.

Faucet is about 18 months old. The button on the spray head to switch between stream and spray is no longer functioning. I can only get the stream of water. The button used to switch between the two spray options used to have a noticeable 'click' when switching but no longer does. The button is loose which I believe is due to an internal part of the spray nozzle button breaking.

I installed with the lever facing the front for ease of use and limited back space for the lever, but you have to REVERSE the water connections so that Hot is to the Left and Cold is to the right just like the normal locations for regular faucets. The Magnetic docking and the spray "Wand" pattern is great for cleaning dishes and the sink when done. Also, very important to follow the installation directions about flushing the water lines first so that no debris gets into the unit's valves and head piece!

All Kohler faucets except this is replacing a 300.00 Moen that didn’t work from beginning. Beautiful and works perfect. Can’t beat Kohler lifetime guarantee. Moen wouldn’t help at all when 3 months old. Very pleased

Second kitchen I purchased this for. Love this faucet! The spray is my favorite, makes cleaning a breeze and becuase it is variable in force I can use less water when needed.

We bought this faucet about 2.5 years ago. It started leaking about 6 months ago. Very disappointed with the quality of the product.

love the Kohler brand faucets. so easy to install, good directions, and they work well. Was surprised, this one has normal flow and a spray, the spray is a broad sweeping, almost like having a broom, makes it easy to clean the sink. Good quality hardware at reasonable price.

Very well made and pretty universal design to match our kitchen decor.

Had it for 6 months now. A great strong spray. Adjust the weight to retract the nozzle. Short to automatically retract all the way into position. clip snaps and weight is adjustable and even removable! It’s still easy to retract into the faucet.

Installation was a bit easier than the Moen it replaced. Functions smoothly as it supposed to. Good quality construction.

Water started leaking badly after 3 years from the cold supply line in the handle. Flooded the kitchen and basement under the kitchen.

I have had this faucet for 18 months (warranty was for 12 months) and like everything about it. But now the sprayer will only work while I hold the button down and I feel it should not malfunction in this short amount of time.

First the controller stopped working so I had to set it to always on Then the connector to the controller sprung a leak. Very unhappy with what is clearly cheaply made

Really like this kitchen unit. The pulldown faucet has a very nice and wide spray. The handle easily retracts and is held by a magnet and a tab for prevention of rotations. Good looking and easy to clean. The soap dispenser pushes out a small but proper amount of soap every time. I would have rated it a 5 but I pinched my fingers twice at the base of the faucet handle when I used a cross hand to turn off the water [Handle pointed right, then used a left hand to turn off].

Ever since we’ve purchased this faucet, it has been a headache with fixing. The faucet chronically finds some way of leaking and now finally taking the time to look at others’ reviews of this specific Kohler model, I can see it is a universal problem, particularly with the included plastic quick connector hardware. We now have water damage (as others have experienced) as a result of the cheap manufacturing of included hardware. How can a company not be responsible to recall such a chronic malfunctioning product?

I have had a similar experience as other reviewers. The soap dispenser failed and the spray head stopped switching properly about 2 years ago. I am finally getting around to replacing or repairing it. The noise made by the faucet when in between spray settings is extremely annoying. However, I don't want to spend money on new parts that are just going to fail again.

High quality and easy to install.

We returned to the house to find the quick connect on the floor. Fortunately the water supply was off. Trying to reconnect, it does not snap back at all. This does not seem to be an easily replaceable part.

I researched Kitchen Faucets for a new one and I like the Kohler brand for their quality and I like the high arch for filling stockpots and the pullout design I recommend the Kohler brand

i know a client who has it and so i yearned to purchase it mainly because of the spray angle, fabulous idea. i do love it!

The faucet feels loose at the magnetic connector for the pull-down. If you set it at a mid- to low-flow, it turns itself off. Really disappointed having paid a pretty penny to a professional plumber to install. He recommended a competing brand, but I thought Kohler was “the best” - evidently not at this price point.

I like the magnetic spray nozzle holder. Also the height of of it.

Bought and had installed a Barossa faucet and soap dispenser in Sept (2020). The look is great but the soap dispenser is bad. It quit springing back up after about two months. For a while, I could take the dispenser part out of the soap container and pull the top part up to reengage the spring. It would work a few times and them have the same problem. Now, you can only get one squirt of soap and it stays down for 20-30 minutes. It will eventually make its way back up, but who's going to stand there than long for more soap. We ended up doing what we didn't want to do, we put a plastic bottle of liquid soap on the back of the sink right next to the built-in soap dispenser.
