product did not cause window ac to go on at set time even though instructions were followed, and the product is says it is designed for using with window acs. Returned for refund.

Very difficult to program. Even my neighbor, who is technically advanced could not program it. Took it back

Instructions were very complicated. I returned the item.

I was disappointed that it didn't show the model number completely with the "K". So I wasn't sure if I got the right product or an older model. I have been purchasing these timers for years now. So I was very surprised the manufacturer hasn't updated the display as it is hard to read. Other than that this model of timers is easy to use.

Versatile timer with well-written instructions. And unlike some other times it has an override on/off, where you can change the status during a program cycle and it then reverts back to the program at the beginning of the next cycle

Works great. Wish I would have gotten it sooner. I have two now. A little tricky to set up at first but not that bad.

The display is difficult to see - requiring it to be held at just the right angle in just the right light. The programming instructions are confusing. Still trying to figure it out - - - - and I usually do not have difficulty with technical things.

This timer has excellent features and is not too difficult to set up. It is not as accurate as I would like however. I bought several of them and the most accurate was accurate to about one second per week (great) while the least accurate lost about ten seconds in the same week (not so great). That's the only bad thing about it altogether. The set-up seems complex because the timer needs to know where you are (state, east or west, north or south, time zone, etc). This is so it can set Daylight Saving Time Changes automatically and set Dusk and Dawn on/off operations accurately. I like the fact that the backup batteries are user removable (for storage) and replaceable.

Happily bought this after loving the same model I bought months ago. No need to seasonally mess with Daylight Savings Time or changes in time of day that it gets dark. My only suggestion is to improve the instructions, as it's not obvious which buttons and sequential numbers are used for which programming functions. Will definitely buy another one of these!

Works great, easy to program; easier than the in-wall units by the same company and it's predecessor in the company line. It takes up half an outlet and a little more, but you can still plug in a small plug in the other half. If it's behind furniture, you will need a couple inches of standoff, but the timed outlets are on the side.

Works very well. I only gave it 4 stars because it is quite involved to program it.It will do 28 events a day if needed along with weekend weekday dawn dusk modes

So purchased this back in early October and loved everything about this timer. It had multiple schedules, had daylight savings and was extremely easy to configure. Battery backup is great if the timer has to be moved to a different outlet. Very happy with the purchase.

works as described and no longer have to deal with landscape lighting and resetting timers due to power outages and daylight savings time.

Excellent once u figure out how to program

I never could get this timer to work. I spent hours and hours to set it. it had to have had bad electronics in it as the instructions are extremely easy. brought it back for refund.

It's working quite well. Set to automatically go on at dusk is a great feature.

Characters in the display are too small. Made it difficult to program. Once programmed it performed well.

After several years of reliable use, this timer now consistently CHANGES portions of its programs, even after being reset to factory settings. For examples, a simple program of OFF at 8am will change to ON at 8am. As such, a space heater will keep running during the day. Unreliable and hazardous. Dispose of your existing ones.
