After only few short months the cold water side does not stay on. This was a very expensive item and they want to know the S/N of the unit which is on one of the hoses which can not be seen due to all the items under the sink including the sink which is in the way, the hot water tank is in the way etc. They I was told a local service firm will do that and if less than 5 years old will "do something"....but there is no local service firm in my zip code in Miami, FL? Go figure. Then told I would get a call back from a "Senior" customer service person in the day or so. To tell the truth at this point I would be amazed if in fact someone called back and this unit got replaced by them in any reasonable time frame... I am holding my breath.

Installed faucet less than two weeks ago and now must remove for replacement. The faucet is sputtering when dispensing water spraying hot water out beyond the nozzle and causing one to get their hand burned by hot water.

I had an Insinkerator HOT100 unit installed three years ago. The main unit works great, but the faucet began to leak (probably because of our hard water). I purchased this Indulge model faucet as a replacement. Installation was quite simple and I was back in business in about ten minutes. I especially like the two-volume capability of the fill lever; forward for slow fill; backward for fast fill. I would give the product five stars except for two problems. First, the copper supply line on this unit is shorter than the original and was barely long enough to reach my water supply. Second, I had to supply my own compression nut and compression ring. Fortunately I had these items on hand, but it would have been inconvenient to have to make another trip to the store. Both of these issues look suspiciously like the manufacturer putting in some cost-cutting measures at the expense of the end user. This may add a few cents to the per-unit margin, but it degrades the impression of the brand in the eyes of the installer.

I also needed the tank, but had to buy that separately which only comes bundled with another faucet which is useless to me! Bad bundling!

This is my 2nd hot water dispenser. The first one lasted 10 years. Love this one

Love it !!!! Great flow and fast water. I’ve had several faucet installed in different properties and this one It’s really an improvement. So far it’s worth the big price tag

We did have to order a new aerator direct from the manufacturer because the one that came in the box had a spray that wasn’t even and splattered all over. The new one works great!

This was a replacement. The unit began leaking and we decided to replace the dispenser as well since the old one was 15 years old.

it is randomly leaking off and on. i have had this product in a previous home and never had this occur. I am wondering if it is defective or is it releasing what is in the tube?

I did not install this myself or experience deliver time and customer service, but I cannot submit my review without choosing a rating. My contractor handled these. This product was recommended by my contractor to replace an older model. Sleek design, good finish to match my Moen sink and faucet. Design prevents accidental disbursement of hot water, so it's safe around kids. Water is hot enough to make a pot of tea that even my finicky tea drinking Aussie friends approve! Very happy with the choice.

Great product and easy install but really pricey at $444.00

Works as expected.

Quality faucet that was very easy to install. The lever allows you to vary the volume of hot water dispensed.

I like the looks of the product. It is easy to use. When the hot water regenerates it’s noisy and the lever does not lock like the cool water does.

Replaced the old hot water tap easily. The directions were clear and straight forward. Love not having to use an electric kettle!
