Leaking can I return.

Good product but pricey

Don’t buy one of these unless you plan to replace it every few years. Let me start by saying that I love my hot water dispenser and I use it multiple times a day, and that’s the problem; I can’t seem to live without it. Once you get one and start using it, you realize how convenient it is to have in your kitchen. I had mine installed by the builder when my house was built 20 years ago. We are now on our 5th or 6th InSinkErator hot water dispenser (I’ve honestly lost count but it’s no less than our 5th one for sure!) Now, my current one is acting up and needs to be replaced. The most common problem we have encoutered is the unit leaking hot water from the faucet on it’s own. It usually happens right after someone has just used it and the water in the tank is heating up below. This is always what happens right before the unit dies. These things are expensive and made cheaply and, as others have stated, the company doesn’t sell any parts for them so once something breaks (and it will!) you have no option but to buy a whole new unit. The company of course knows this and they could care less (we’ve called them many times). They also know that they have little to no competition in the market so they will continue to manufacutre and sell these units knowing they will only last a few years, likely only through the warranty phase. Also, these comments pertain to all models sold by InSinkErator, not just this one, as we’ve owned several models over the years and they all end up the same way after about 3-5 years, So, buy one if you dare!

Easy to install with existing faucet

This product has great features. easy to install. 5 years warranty. The customer service is excellent too.

This product has a great look and quality to it. Also looks well built and hopefully lasts a long time without issues. Love the instant hot water and cold water. Would.like to see the common water tap included.

The product is a replacement of an earlier model of the same faucet/

I'm on my second one of these. The first one lasted 6 years and then started leaking from the handle joint. Within a month of that, the hot water unit sprung a leak at one of the connections. Both were out of warranty and needed to be replaced. The second faucet malfunctioned after a week of use - the handle has only limited range of motion, so reduced flow. I'm still waiting on the replacement.

I've been using this faucet for 18 years and just now needed to replace it. We are only two people using it so it has worked really well. Filtered cold and hot water is great. We also have good municipal water so that helps with its longevity.

Great for supplying really hot water for tea and cleaning.

Great product. My last one lasted 17 years. Unfortunately the company has made the design not repairable.

Way better than my old insinkerator faucet that leake.

The Insinkerator has been a great addition to our kitchen. Very easy to install, and the design works well with the other appliances. Bravo!

Failed for low temp and flow after 1 month of usage. Returned last week.

Faucet can be mounted with lever to the side or to the back and the nozzle rotates for filling and back out of the way if you like.

Hi OMG, my family of four adults love this product. We drink hot water and we were heating water on the stove before our purchase; I did spill hot water on my hand few times while transferring hot water from pots to the water bottles. After the purchase, we now safely fill our water bottles (no more waiting at the stove or burning hands). Also, we are addicted to drinking tea during working hours (a good addiction while working instead of coffee or smoking). Hence, this product is invaluable to our home especially during the pandemic. Thanks for such flawless design to see customer delight. I am not good with DIY and husband doesn’t want to either. So I used a plumber for installation.
