New Dispenser leaked water when operated from the top where handles meet the base. No fix available except return for a refund.

I had an instant hot water filter in my former house that lasted for more than a decade and may still be functioning, but I sold my home and don't know the current status of the unit. I purchased an Insinkerator in 2018 and like others have mentioned in their reviews it started to leak several months ago where the levers are located. I need to replace the unit but obviously will purchase a different brand.

The Insinkerator faucet leaks from the cold water handle when activated This is unacceptable. It cost me quite a lot for a plumber to install this new unit and now I am completely dissatisfied

This is my third InsinkErator……it will be my last!!! The quality is POOR. I was forced to purchase this product, again and again because it is the only one that fits into the hole in my granite. Next time it breaks…..I’m putting in a cream dispenser! DONE! At 700.00 and change…..TOTALLY RIDICULOUS!!!! TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!!

Unit came with defective part and customer service at insinkerator was only mildly helpful and did not put a rush on it even though the plumber was already on the job;.

We've had the unit for 5 years and it's worked great for what we need. However, when I was changing the filter and ran the hot water for a few minutes as instructed, I noticed a sizeable amount of water coming out of the bottom of the reservoir. After a few more times, I ascertained it was interior and I pulled the reservoir cover off and discovered one of the bolts holding the two sections together was rusted and the Styrofoam surrounding the unit rust stained. I believe I need a new gasket, can you point me in the right direction?

Installation was simple and easy.

the old hot/cold dispenser started leaking on the hot side. the service person said it need to be replaced and so we ordered a new one. it still leaks a little when the hot gets heated up but only a few drops. i expected no leaks the repairman said it is because of pressure build-up.

This is my 3rd FHC1100 in 11 years. The 1st one was replaced under warranty and this is the 3rd set. Even though it does not last longer than I like, it does look stylish & very convenient. If you do not mind replacing it in every 4 years, it performs well as long as it lasts.

Directions were easy to read and understand. Color coded hoses ans couplings of different sizes made the job a no brainer snap.

No, the water connection was too short and parts that were referenced in the directions were missing.

This is actually our second Insinkerator Hot/Cold faucet. Our first one lasted about 15-16 years before needing to be replaced. I'm sure anyone with basic plumbing knowledge could install this, especially as a replacement, but since we had a plumber coming to fix some other issues, we had him install this too. I love having instant hot water for my tea. This unit bypasses our water softener so it's our go-to for any drinking.

Smooth operation with the filter system i have installed as well as an insta-hot. This is definitely an investment but you get what you pay for

Purchased and installed after removing the old one. Then noticed that the nozzle stem was bent backwards slightly. Not perfect, but we could live with it. then the Nozzle began to sputter and spray water everywhere. InSinkerartor has agreed to replace the whole faucet. Good, but now I have to remove and reinstall once more (a real pain under my crowded sink!) The main issue is trying to communicate with them. I filled out a request on their website, they answered in a few days. But when I hit 'reply' the returning email bounced time and time again. My only way to get back to them was to go and fill out another form! This has been the real struggle with this issue. Hopefully my new faucet will arrive soon, and I can put this behind me.
