Good stuff dries as good as Mapei or ardex good for skimming

Used on my sub floor of my bathroom. I didn’t need the whole bag so it was hard to figure out the consistency needed fit a quarter of it. Dried fast, think I did it a little too thick, but in the end it did the trick.

Used it to feather a transition and out laminate flooring over. Did the job well!

The 25 lb bag of Henry UniPro 747 was exactly what I needed to infill a large area of uneven floor I was going to apply a laminate flooring over it. Cure time is quick and it’s easy to trowel, feathered nicely. Only issue I found that could be changed is the working time of only 15 minutes. This is not the product you want to use in a large difficult area unless you have help mixing patches and cleaning tools. Lesson learned: plan accordingly. The directions say only mix what you can apply in 15 minutes, believe it.

Very difficult to use. Started to harden before I even finished mixing it, even though I was working with about one pound.

It is not easy to mix it, even small amount. I had to use drill to properly mix it. Working time is close to 5 minutes if mix by instruction. Adding more water extend time but makes it difficult to apply.

I have followed exact same instructions they provide. But still took around 36 hours to complete dry. I am doing floor level in my bedroom upstairs and I have plywood subfloor. I applied twice and same 36 hours. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

This stuff set up so fast, I couldn't do anything with it. This was a total waste of money.

It dries almost instantly, there’s no time to play with it on the floor

Depending on the size of work I would not follow the directions it makes it too difficult to work with I would water it down more and that allows you to work with the material better in my opinion takes longer to dry but that's the way it is.

Very easy to use. It set up fast, drying time was what the product said time would be, resulting with a smooth surface.

This product is really hit and miss and can cost you a lot of time, money, and frustration if you end up with a miss. I've never been amazed by this product, but the last batch I purchased was completely unusable as it set up almost immediately. Working time was literally about 2 minutes, regardless of the mixing ratio. Even at twice the water to product ratio recommended and extra care taken not to overmix, the product set up too quickly to use. Swapped for another brand and the competition's product worked flawlessly. Don't waste your time and money with Henry and their poorly performing UniPro line.

I've used floor patch for many years this is the best I've ever used. I replace carpet on miniature golf course's and I can repair cracks fast, I mix it thick it sets minutes, hardens, and I'm trowel'n adhesive and laying carpet over it.
