JRZZ, Henry 208 is a really good Wet Patch that can be used in all kinds of weather. Henry 208 can be applied in temperatures as low as 20 degrees and in driving rain. 208 is easy to spread right out of the can, even if the can has been sitting out in the cold. Good Material for Roof Trapping
I have used it many times to repair and connect different materials. After summer and winter, it seems to be in good condition so far. The factory says it has a 7-year guarantee. The only downside is that it takes too long to dry but it doesn't affect its work.

Cheny, Henry 208 is a great leak stopper and works instantly to stop the leak. 208 also works just like you describe in your comments. Products like Henry 208 are solvent based and the curing process is the gassing-off of those solvents which normally takes about 30 days. I spent about 30 years in the paint and coatings industry along with the sundries department, so I am very aware of what to use on a roof to repair and yes Henry’s is the best he held everything down after my roof got tore off with the wind storm and rain storm! Very pleased with your product

Good stuff
I've used this same 208 for years, finally used up the gallon can I bought maybe 10 years ago. The only problem I had with it was the only ones on the shelves looked like they'd been drop-kicked by robots, until I found a good can on the top shelf. I had to stand on a five-gallon can to reach it.

Working in the rain is exactly what Henry 208 Wet Patch is supposed to do. When you have a leak there is no time to waste as the water does damage to your house. Yes it works and it will adhere to wet surfaces. The most important prep item is a clean surface.
You also need to use the Henry Roof Fabric with it and follow the directions. It is "goopy" but I found it easier to use than Flex Seal and adhere better than Flex Tape. I had a tree fall on my roof and I used it to plug 6 holes punched through the shingles, underlayment and wood. There was saw dust around the holes from cutting the tree off of the roof and I could not get all of the saw dust sweep away and it still adhered. It does cover 12 square feet per gallon. I used gloves and still got some on my hands, but it wore off in 2 days.

Henry 208 is thick and very sticky so that it adheres to most roof surfaces and can stop a leak instantly. It sounds like you followed the directions on the label and used the Henry fabric to make a super strong patch that will last 7 years. This stuff works on a wet or dry roof. Be sure to prep the area where the leak is: remove loose material, sweep, apply the Henry. It is oil based, so mineral spirits will be needed for cleaning hands and tools. Henry wet/dry is a friend when you really need it.
