Thick and gooey! Hopefully will work when the first rain or snow comes. Product seems to work great - just not sure if we got it in all the right places.

I love this stuff. It's easy to apply and I wish they sold it in a small can.
I used it to waterproof a lot of things, like my fence posts.
It adheres to just about anything, so I used it to tack down some wood flooring strips just the other day. I used it on my roof a few years back, to fix leaks, tack down roofing paper, seal around the edges of a patch and around the chimney. It cleans off with paint thinner.

It looks like you found a lot of uses for Henry 208. Henry 208 does have a lot of uses since it can be used in all kinds of weather, cold temperatures and even underwater. Need to watch moisture trapping if you’re putting this stuff down on wet surface. Feathering edges seems important to keep water from getting underneath, and 208 does that pretty well.

The ridge caps on my roof installed by "professional" roofers,started coming off the 1st year.
I cut my own from 3 tab shingles,slap some Henry's on each one,& never lose any.

Holly, some of us have done the very same thing with Henry 208 Wet Patch. Henry 208 is also a good product to use when shingles blow off because of severe winds.
