These are so easy to install pre-wired plugin. They are very good quality they really put out the air.

Installed by professional. Very nice, although I might like a brighter light. Hope to find a remote that will work before real summer comes.

Although the instructions were a little lacking in detail and visibility of pictures, the overall fan went together pretty easily. It gives out a great breeze, and looks good doing so. I like the light cover, which is completely enclosed and up against the housing (that'll be better for keeping the bugs out); the fact that it screws in and I don't have to mess with tiny side screws to take it off makes it even better. Additionally, the 48" blades, which were hard to find in a style I liked, are perfect for my small ceiling space. I love having this fan/light on my back patio loggia.

Easy to assemble and really liked the flush mount. Very stable and look great on our front porch !

I needed a low-profile fan, .so this quiet fan fit the space perfectly. Little engineering details like the hook to hang the case while connecting the wire made the installation easier. he bulb case dims and tints the light yellow, but I prefer that to bulb glare.

We needed a fan to install in a doorway to help combat the "lingering" misquitos. This fan is very attractive and, because it has plastic blades, has stood up to our South Carolina humidity.

This ceiling fan went up in on my porch. The reason why Quality and Ease of Installation were not both Excellent is because the motor burned out after two or three days of periodic use. I was able to EASILY return it and EASILY purchase another one and this current ceiling fan has passed the test of time (so far). Other than that hickup, the fan is great. Its sturdy, quiet and the body and blades feel very weather-proof. Im very please.

Looks very nice. Easy to install. Light is a little orangey and dim. Fan blades have different color options on both sides. Matches the other rubbed oil finishes I have in the room.

Just had two of these fans installed on our new cabin porch. I looked long and hard for an outdoor fan with a light kit that wouldn't break the bank. Excellent price! This fan offers a clever, rustic design. The distance from the ceiling to the bottom of the fan is under 12 inches, so it leaves plenty of room to walk under without having to dodge the light. I cannot speak for ease of installation, as builder installed. Seem to move plenty of air with a smooth motion....no wobbling. I hope they last for years to come.

You won't find a better fan for the price. This works well and looks great. The only drawback is the light isn't very bright and it gives off a yellowish color.

We purchased two of these fans and placed one in the formal living room and the other in the kids' playroom. They look great in both spaces! My husband put them up in about an hour! The wood on the fans contrast very well with our hardwood floors in these rooms too! It is elegant and fun!

I love the look of this fan for our front porch. We purchased 3 and 2 were missing some parts. Home Depot & the manufacturer were very easy to deal with on the replacements. We did not use the bulbs that came with it-we used one LED as we only want it for ambient light. It looks great, they all work perfectly now and we enjoy them daily.

I'm very happy with this fan. On high setting, the fan does not shake or wobble and it runs quiet. The light has a "yellow" soft white (what I needed) to it, but I've seen other customers remove the tint around the cover to get it to the "daylight" white. The included bulbs (3) are dimmable. I did not installed the included pull string for the fan nor the lights. I have 2 installed in the patio (by contractor), 1 in a guest room (installed this one myself), and plan on buying 3 more (have plans to self install) for the rest of the bedrooms. The one in the bedroom is the first fan I've ever installed and it went without a hitch after reading and researching on wall control fan installation. Hooked it up to an existing 2-wall control switches (1 for fan, 1 for light). I've enclosed a picture of the guest bedroom fan. Overall, an excellent value for the quality. No remote control (to be expected at this price range) to this unit (I was not in the market for one) if you are looking for one, but I believe you can purchase a remote unit to add to it if you must have a wireless remote.

We purchased 2 of these fans for the new shore house we are building to replace the house that was damaged due to Sandy. They give a beach cottage vibe. We needed fans with a light that hugged the ceiling. I placed my order on line and picked them up at local Home Depot. Process was easy and fans came in quicker than expected.

This fan is perfect for my back porch. Looks great, easy to install (even for me) and a good value. Free shipping was nice too. I'm buying another one this month.

I love the look and quality of this fan! It exceeded my expectations. I can see how the light may be a little dim in some environments but it's perfect for my Man Cave.

We are wintering on an island on the east coast of Georgia. The house decorating is centered around the beach and coastal ambiance of the area. It was important that the ceiling fan be a flush mount due to the eight foot ceiling in the guest room. We were excited to find one that is stylish and perfect for the room. It has a unique wood cylinder that attaches to the ceiling above the fan. The iron accents and the burnt wood look of the blades are an added bonus. We love it!

The fan was perfect for what we needed in our new waterproof patio. It hasn't been hot enough to try it out yet, so don't know how it will be for cooling.

So far the fan has preformed just fine and it was just the right size for the job.

I read the reviews on this product and agree that the light is a little dark. I have yet to try to remove the film (suggested by others.). It works well and runs well. I did not install it; an electrician did, so my rating on ease of installation is not 100% reliable.

Great fans for the outdoors. They should be advertise them as "BIRD PROOF" because birds can't build a nest on top of them. The birds try, but because of the design, the nesting material just falls off. With our old fans, birds would build their nests on top of the motor and made a mess, not to mention the droppings. If you want a great, inexpensive outdoor fan and no bird droppings on your patio, then buy this fan.

This is a very attractive fan light and easy to install. It was a perfect choice for our patio and adds the final touch to the overall comfortable and inviting feeling we were looking for.

This fan is great for the porch as it moves the air so good. I hope to get another one soon for inside the house. I really like the weight of the blades. We can set out now and not be bothered with the insects. The color is perfect since we had so much white and goes great with the shutters. One side is a perfect match. The light is great also. It doesn't glare. I love the way it fits the ceiling. There is no wobble to it at all. That is the thing we were looking for in a fan.

I love my fans! They were easy to install and look great, the only challenge that I had is that my patio is at a slight pitch for rain run off so I had to build a box to mount the fans on so they would be balanced. I also read the previous reviews and got a great idea, I took some acetone and took off the amber tint to the light, help a bit but looks even better!

Instead of a simple, glaring overhead light, I found this outdoor fan to be perfect with a low-profile to the ceiling, easy installation even alone, though two might be best, quiet, and a not-too-bad overhead light. Well made and weather tight, it keeps the bugs away while giving a nice air flow when there is no wind. Follow the instructions and there is no wobble at all.

The width of the fan to the ceiling helps to stablize the fan blades so that the fan doesn't wobble when on. We bought two for our screened porch and have received many compliments on how nice they look.

I got two of these for my porch. Easy installation. Fan is very quiet and puts out a nice breeze. I wanted enough light to read by, so I removed the amber coating as suggested by others. Acetone was slow and laborious, so I used paint stripper - brush it on, wait 15 minutes, then wash it off. I also got some 60W-equivalent micro-mini CFL light bulbs for a brighter light. Just right. I highly recommend this fan, I am very happy with it.

I ordered two of these lights to be installed on my new pergola. They were just like pictured and are so beautiful. I did not install them, builder did but he had no problems with them. Since installation we have had rain several times and they keep working fine. Love the dome sort of style of the light and the amber light is just perfect. I would recommend these to anyone and already have. All that see them are much impressed, as they should be.. You will not be disappointed if you buy these.
