Smaller than pictured, but very quiet and pretty. It links great in the sunroom and it has the coastal look I wanted. I'm very happy with this fan!

Excellent product and value. Might buy another. I the blades for an NFL theme, but originals are great too.

I love the base, it matches my bead board kitchen. The blades seem a little floppy...hope they hold up during the hot summer. So far, I love it.

The fan looks great, the motor is silent. Install is easy. The only con would be the lights are not very bright.

Very Nice low profile fan is fine for our in closed porch area. If you are looking for something to circulated the air during high humidity or high temperature days / nights this works. The light brighten up the 7'x12' area sufficiently.

It is a great outdoor fan, everybody who came to my house and see it, comments, where I bought it or how they can find one like mine. it is so silent and works super. Off course I told them, HOME DEPOT, is the law and go get it NOW!

This is an indoor/outdoor model. It's ideal for the place we have on our breezeway. We love sitting there in the evening or having a family cookout since putting the fan in.

Very easy to install two on patio with remote (purchased separately) They provide adequate lighting and a really nice breeze.

We were excited to find a fan in this price range to update our new screened in porch. We love that it was all white. It is very cooling on hot days, not terribly bright but I wanted the fan more than the light.

It's a ceiling fan. So not much to say about it. Fits our older son's room well and puts out plenty of air for him in the summer heat when we like to keep the air con higher and bills lower. Only draw back (slight one at that) is the built in light is a little too dim for our tastes. But it is adequate for our son.

Bought two of these fans for our outdoor patio and they were easy to install. They looked great but one lamp had a quarter size hole in it where the glass was made too thin. Once replaced the fan looked great. They are quiet and cool the patio and create a wonderful ambiance!

My criteria for this project was indoor/outdoor use, white color, low noise, low profile light fixture, and reasonable cost. This Roanoak fan met all my needs for the project. Home depot shipped this safely and quickly to my door. I couldn't be happier.

This Ceiling Fan is great for outdoors. So great I bought one and then realized I needed a little more air coverage so I bought another ( the summers get extremely hot here). They are very close to the ceiling, which is great for maximum head room. They look great and the price is amazing as well!! I installed about 2 years ago and have had no problems. The light on one recently stop functioning, so I replaced the pull switch, but still didn't work. So I am trying to see if the manufacturer can supply a light kit replacement. Other than that buy it before the price goes up.

Easy to install and looks very nice in our Asian inspired guest room. The light is amber and more moody. Don't expect it to be bright white but it does work for a tranquil setting. If you need a lot of light look for a model that has a white globe.

We bought this fan to replace an ugly cheap one in our living room. Unlike many other reviewers, we really like the softness of the yellowish dome light. With the accent lamps that we have in the room, it is more than sufficient to light the space. We liked the iron-like appearance of the fan which complements our wood burning stove, plus the "wood" design on the blades that accentuate the wood floors and antique wooden furniture in the room. Although its only been installed for a week, we are satisfied with its power and noise- much quieter than the old one. We have it in "winter" mode to help push the warm air down, and it does the trick! The only complaint is the black plastic pulls. They look and feel cheap. But- they can be easily replaced. It was also more difficult to install than anticipated- which may have been the old wiring in our house, not the fan parts specifically.

I purchased two of these for my new patio. I love the elegant but robust look. The low profile is perfect. They hang just 11.5 inches from the ceiling to the bottom of the globe. The installation went well taking about 45 minutes for each fan. I did have one electrical connector which had some excessive flashing. After removing the excess plastic it snapped together just fine. I thought about removing the amber tint on the globes but for now the lighting appears to more than adequate. All & all I'm very happy with the purchase.

The fan installation was very straightforward. We ran new wiring and box to ceiling joist. Fan works as it should, is quiet also.We installed it in our 3 season porch at the lake in Minnesota towards end of fall so haven't used it much yet. Looking forward to using it a lot this summer.

It was very easy to install, has 3 speeds and a light. Looks great on the covered porch and gives just the right amount of air on a summer night at the shore.

I have purchased and installed 5 of these fans. Two have been outdoors for 4 years now and still look and work great. Three were just installed at a cabin. Of the 3 we purchased and installed, only one worked as it should. One will only turn in one direction and the other won't even turn on. Home Depot is great with returns. We returned the one that didn't work and since they are no longer stocked in the stores, they shipped a replacement. We haven't had a chance to install the new one yet. The company sent out a new switch for the one that will only turn in one direction. Haven't tried that fix yet. I absolutely love the look of these fans! The light is soft and warm. They provide good overall lighting and are supplemented with task lighting. No bright bulbs shining in your eyes while seated. They hug the ceiling well which is important with low ceilings and 6' 4" sons. I have no doubt that once we get the bugs worked out, these will perform well for years to come.

Read a lot of reviews of different fans before purchasing this one, really wanted to make sure it was quiet as well as looked nice. Being forthright, installation of a fan was included in the patio cover bid so was the easiest fan I've ever had installed!! :) The design of the housing was a perfect compliment to the cover ceiling also. Only been a week but would recommend this to anyone in similar search. FYI this is a 48 inch blade so designed for not as karge an area, 4 inches longer of blades would be a big difference if you have the space.

It was a little more involved to install it because it needed bracing above the ceiling but the fan itself had good instructions and was easy to install. I wish it would have been easier to configure the electric wires to it so that the light would work independently of the fan, but I'm learning to live with it.

Purchased two of these fans last spring/summer to use in our outdoor screened patio room in Key Largo. After a year of use and weather, we were happy to find this fan performing like new and its appearance is still like new. Because of the humidity and heat in the Keys we thought it might be pitted, discolored or the blades would droop. But none of these issues have occurred. Good value. We are ordering a couple more to store for the future, but as it looks now we may never need them

I have installed three ceiling fans in my home's bedrooms. This fan was easily installed in my covered patio/breezeway. I removed an old light fixture and replaced it with this fan, with the help of a plastic medallion to cover the open hole left from the light. After installing a solid brace to support the fan, just follow the easy instructions to connect the wiring of the motor, then the light fixture. I spent an hour in actual installation. I had already done the preparation work of the light removal and support installation the previous day. Overall, I like the fan and it's functionality in the space it is used for. It looks nice and it brightens up the area at night with the three 40w candelabra bulbs. I am very pleased with this purchase and would recommend it for anyone with a similar need.

This fan looks and performs like a fan that would have cost double what I paid for it at Home Depot! Installation was simple with well made quality parts. It looks great in my office and runs quietly. I was surprised by the amount of air that it pushes. The 48" blades are a bit smaller than what I usually install (52") but it was such a great buy that I couldn't pass it up. My only complaint is that the globe is a little dim and I wish it were a little more clear instead of yellowish. I will live with that though.

The lights stopped working. The fan was working fine. I thought that the bulbs needed to be replaced. Upon opening the glass shade, I found it to be full of water. I bought 2 fans. One works fine. I do not know how water would get in and customer service did not have a clue either. There is a 6 week back order for the light kit and they won't take an order. I wonder if there are many others with similar problems! I am a disappointed. I had the same problem a year ago and had returned the product under Home Depot return policy thinking it was an isolated incident.

I purchased this fan for my patio. Installed myself. I'm A 65 year old woman so if I can do it you can do it. It comes with excellent instructions. The fan was packaged well and it arrived in excellent condition. I was worried after reading others comments that the glass was yellow but mine was white. This fan is very attractive, the light is really bright. The fan on high speed won't blow your hair away but it does put out nice air flow. This fan is reversible and has it three speeds. I also love the reversible blades. I chose to put the wood tone side down and it looks really classy! I'm very happy with this purchase and will consider getting two more of these fans for my front porch.
