Easy to put together and the wife likes it.

This is a very nice garden water hose. It was very nice that the water connection was put together. I was lucky that home depo had this or I would of gone onto internet and try to fine one. I wish I could remember the name of the man that help me. He was working outside filling all the products that need to be fill. He came in with me and showed me where it was and also brought it down.

The hose reel was not hard to assemble, as many of the sections listed in the assembly instructions were pre-assembled. The only issue that I have with the unit is that the bar for the handle is warped, so when you rollup the hose, one of the bolts on the handle keeps hitting the side of the unit, making a clanking noise and, I am assuming that eventually, it will remove the finish, exposing that section to rust. Other than that, this is a very good hose reel.

Leader hose split wide open after one week. For the money you would thik the 5 foot hose would be better quality.

This is an improved model of a great hose caddy. Solid tires. Repositioned hose connection. Hands down better than any plastic hose caddy.

We love it so far. Very sturdy and perfect for what we wanted.

Fairly light weight and very easy to put together.

The hose cart is very light weight and can be difficult to roll up the hose due to it bouncing around.

Easy to assemble, but the frame is not entirely straight so not all of the wheels engage the ground when rolling.

Instructions were plain & simple. Quality seems to be in line with the purchase price. One change I made was to face the handle inward over the hose reel. When I rolled the hose, (with the water on to keep from collapsing the hose), I noticed the handle was somewhat in the way when turning the crank. I flipped the handle so the bend is over the reel & it made reeling the hose in so much better. It does not affect how you push or pull the cart.

WOW, my purchase impressed the Mr too! Easy to put together, very sturdy and holds are two garden hoses with no problem. Spins out with little effort and cranks back on in a snap! Should have gotten it years ago!

This cart is fully capable of spooling over 100 feet of hose. I put contractor hose on it and it took two 50ft hoses room to spare. Instructions are not difficult to read and assembly was quick. It is sturdy when properly assembled and moves around easily with full hose load.

I was skeptical of this cart holding my more than 250 feet of hose of varying sizes and weights. It DOES hold that much hose and then some. I was also leary of the problems people have run into with the fittings and powder coating. So far, so good. One thing that I knew ahead of time was that I have no intentions of ever moving this thing around, so, the wheels might only come in handy if I decide to store it in my shed for the winter. That being said, I find those big wheels a PITA when it comes to cranking in all of my hose. It jostles around a LOT. As an experiment, I cut up some 2X6's and put them under the frame to get the wheels off the ground (I haven't taken them off yet). This helped some, but when you have both hands busy guiding the hose and cranking the handle, you don't need the cart constantly jostling around. Some reviews have suggested a brake, but I'm not sure that's the answer. For many a home owner, what is needed is a good quality, NOT PLASTIC, hose box. We don't need portability, but durability and capacity for a lot of hose.

My husband is very happy with this purchase. It is well made & seems heavy duty. It rolls the hose up quite easily. It is so much better than the old- fashioned plastic hose reels. We think it is a great purchase!

The hose cart was not difficult to assemble. Works well but would be better if one set of wheels pivoted. I am satisfied with my purchase so far.

I have 2 others that I purchased previously , which i have enjoyed. They work great. The redesign with plastic, instead of pneumatic wheels, made the product inferior and yet the price increased by 20 %. I am disappointed!

Holds a lot of hose!

Came with no instruction's on how to put the hose on the reel. Broke the neck off of my hose and ended up spending and additional $25.00 on parts to attach the hose to the reel and repair the broken hose.
