cart held all my hose with no problems very easy to use and to move around the yard

Purchased in October 2022 and by April 2023 the brass housing had developed a pin-hole leak, which sprays a constant stream for several feet. The leak appears to be getting worse.

Already beginning to rust in three spots.

The cart had to be assembled but the assembly instructions were very clear with appropriate line drawings making it a very easy task. The cart works as expected and makes it real easy to handle 200 feet of hose.

Yes. The 4 wheel steel construction is easier than the 2 wheel plastic model I had which 1 wheel mount broke off. The 4 wheel cart looks neat on the property as well.

Poor design on hose hook up to reel, wheels do not turn easily

I debated this purchase due to the price. I had to replace my plastic hose reel. I am glad I purchased the Hampton Bay. It was easy to assemble, instructions were clear, and I allowed about a half hour to do the job. The big wheels make for easy moving. The reel works very smoothly and i expect many years out of it. I like the fact that it stays put while unreeling and reeling in meaning the hose will get put back and not left laying out.

Easy to assemble helped me organize all my water hoses.

This is my second one and the cart itself is great except it will rust to unusable in a couple of years. That said, my biggest beef is with the air tires that do not hold air and dry rot in a year. The was advertised with Plastic solid wheels, do not believe it, same air tires that are flat (no air) in the box, get used to that because you'll be filling the tires every time you need this. False advertising and fraudulent description of product.

It leaked from the get-go. It very evident that the unit was a previous return & put back in inventory. Contacted customer service and issue was resolved by virtue of them sending a replacement part.

Short wheelbase can make it too heavy with a full reel of hose.
