This washing machine is amazing I had a brand new Samsung front loader and it went out and couldn’t find parts for it so I upgraded to this GE profile washer so far it’s gotten my clothes a lot cleaner and I can fit my king size blanket and bed sheets in it and still have room works great I highly recommend it and I love the Wi-Fi and app it lets me know when my clothes are done !! Buy It !!!

GE Profile washer is a Great purchase! I love that it has wifi capabilities, may seem like something that is not needed but when I am busy doing other things it is great to know when my wash cycle is complete by receiving a notification on my phone. 5.0 cu. ft. is a great size for my busy family, from baseball uniforms to our normal washing this washer fits it all! Wash cycle is quiet, I can now wash at anytime without concern of people sleeping. Clothes come out of the washer well spun and ready for the dryer. Many great options with GE profile including a great warranty.

Absolutely love this set I bought both the washer and dryer to match. I really like the size of the washer and dryer able to wash blankets without a problem and it dries thoroughly. Would highly recommend this product.

Was hesitant to purchase a new washer and dryer due to the bad reviews on pretty much all of them. Finally settled on the GE impeller, since it's made in the USA hopefully parts will be available if something should go wrong. It has been almost 4 months since I've had this set and I love it. My clothes have never been cleaner, the deep fill covers the clothes completely, it's quiet and doesn't move around the floor like some of the reviews I have read. I did purchase the warranty also. No complaints so far, hopefully it will stand the test of time.

The washer was a much needed upgrade to the old one we previously had. The washer cleans and washes the clothes very well and enjoy the use of it.

This washer and dryer has far exceeded my expectations. It has so many amazing features and it connects to Alexa, and she tells me when my laundry cycles are finished!! I am saving on soap and water usage with this smart technology!

We love the washer ! We have the matching dryer as well. I love the Wi-Fi feature. It helps when I’m busy running around the house so I know if and when something is finished washing or how long damp laundry is in there in case I have forgotten !

Never had one issue and this is the most advanced you can get I've ever purchased over the years. If it needs to be one its definitly this one along with size is un real* along with settings that are on point!

Very disappointed 😞 get this o. December 22, already called the GE technician for nothing, even he doesn't have experience on this product because it's new. Didn't solve anything. Filled drum (bulky) move so slow drain in 3 minutes. Waste of water 💧 and soap

Purchased this new from an authorized GE appliance dealer and have been extremely happy with it. The controls are extremely easy to use, and the ability to save a custom cycle is pretty handy. By far my favorite feature is the self balancing system. It’s so nice to not have to worry about shaking something loose. It cleans extremely well too. It doesn’t have an agitator so I was skeptical at first but I’ve had it almost 4 months and my clothes clean just fine. I’ve been saving money on detergent because the little dispensor has a max fill limit. The machine seems to stay much cleaner than other machines I’ve seen but it might be because I haven’t had to use as much detergent. I haven’t used used any wi-fi features on it so I can’t say anything on that. Overall its a great washing machine.

I almost cancelled the order for this washer based on reviews and an uncle with a different but similar washer that he hates. I am so glad I didn't. Since I was prepared for the worst, I had low expectations, but it quickly turned them around. I don't like to spend a lot of time doing laundry or messing with machines, (who does?) but it was worth my time to just take a few minutes to figure it out. I actually like it. I can save water for most of my loads, or I can change settings and get a full drum of water when I need it. Even with the water saving feature, it gets my clothes clean. I don't get terribly dirty very often, so there is that to consider. I do have pets who makes messes, & I have to dig in the mud on occasion, but I can use the "Bulky" cycle to fill it up & get stuff clean. Other than not saving water/energy, I don't know why you couldn't just leave it on the bulky setting if you prefer a full drum. It also works great on blankets & sheets. The flexibility is really nice & I absolutely LOVE having the impeller! So much more room & nothing wrapped around the agitator. It's still new to me, so there's a lot to learn I'm sure, but at this point I really do like it & it sure beats the "antique" washer it replaced.

I have been without a washer for 18 months because the reviews on every brand are terrible. I finally based my decision on parts being readily available when the washer breaks down. I chose the GE profile and I love it. It is quiet, and my clothes are spotless, the deep fill covers my clothes completely, infact it was more water than I needed, so in future I will just let the sensors do their thing and determine how much water I need, and just use deep fill for king size quilts and other bulky items. It has Wi-Fi access which I probably won't use. The installer did an excellent job explaining everything to me, made some recommendations and told me to trust him because he has been doing this job for a long time, so I did. Very happy with my decision.

I bought the washer/dryer combo back on the 11th of October and have regretted every wash and dry since. The Washer: You can forget about any kind of full loads with this machine. Anything over half full and/or heavy fabrics will cause the machine to repeatedly try and rebalance itself during the spin cycles. I’ve watched the drum bang around the insides of the machine to the point the unit walks itself around in my basement. And yes, it was balanced. The Dryer: Will ONLY dry in timed dry.

Inside my washer is a king throw blanket, sheets and pillow cases, and a towel that was soaked from installing the washer. I put the cycle on bulk wash. The water is all the way up to the top! Which is what i wanted! All the reviews said not enough water. Well look at picture, the water is above my blankets! The lid im sure it locks however i dont have it on 😁 Noise wise, its the same loudness as my old samsung. Not very noisy but it isnt quiet.

I just purchase this washing machine a week ago and finally home today to find out that it doesn’t even work. My dryer seems to be operating fine. So disappointed. Let’s see what Home Depot is going to do about it.

I was so scared to get it due to the comments saying that it was loud,but i believe those complaining about that didn’t have good delivery service they should make sure that all of it is prepped the right way before bringing it in.I have not had problems with the noise it’s silent if you ask me,The washer i had before this did not leave my clothes smelling fresh, this washer keeps them fresh for weeks until it’s time to rewash, i haven’t got the dryer yet because what’s broken don’t need fixing.

Keep in mind that my review is comparing a 20 year old washer to this… I have only had the washer and dryer for less than 6 hours. I’ve done 3 loads of laundry and here is my take…. The washer is not as loud as other reviewed….does it peer?!?!… no! it’s a machine that’s going to make a little noise. Is it as loud as my 20 year old washer….. absolutely NOT. I am still trying to figure out all the buttons because this kind of technology is new to me when it comes to a washer and dryer. The deep fill does work. The normal cotton button on the dry is only for delicate loads. I’m running out of my maximum 500 characters! Hope this helps!

I upgraded to this set from an economy GE set. These have more settings and the washer with the impeller handles bulky loads much better. The new drier has a pleasant dry “ready” signal alert instead of an irritating buzz. The dark metallic gray is nice.

Delivery and installation was on time and professional. First time to own a machine without an agitator, but I believe it’s gonna be fone with less wear on my clothes. Has a large stainless tub allowing for fewer loads. Has be capability of WiFi connection making it possible for Alexa to announce when the wash cycle is complete.

We’ve had our washer for a month and it’s awesome. Simple to install, setup and use. We absolutely love the way it looks and how well it washes. The tub is very large and without the center agitator we can finally get the large comforter in the washer. No more dry cleaner!

Recently purchased another brand and was completely dissatisfied with operation of both washer & dryer quick load cycle was taking 1:20 minutes to complete a load…same size loads now completing in 50 minutes a huge energy saver!
