A:  Yes, this model has an Auto Soak option which begins with a brief agitation, soaks for a specified period of time, then moves through the rest of the cycle automatically. Repeated pressing of the Soak button will scroll through 15 minute, 30 minute, 1 hour and 2 hour selections and then return back to 0 soak minutes.

A:  Yes, the drawer can easily be removed for cleaning. To remove the drawer, pull it out until the drawer stops, lift up the back of the drawer on both sides and pull it out. The drawer can then be removed from the dispenser box. Wash the drawer in warm, soapy water using a mild detergent. Rinse drawer with warm water. A:  No, this model does not have an agitator. This unit has an Infusor as the washing mechanism.
