I have used this washer for a few months and it performs as expected.

It is easy for my operation and clothes is very clean after washing.

I bought this washer and dryer about five months ago, and I love it. It has great features, and stacked, it fits perfectly into an alcove in my bathroom. My only complaint about it is that the timer is not always accurate. "5 minutes" sometimes means 15-20 minutes. However, if you plan extra time, it's worth the wait.

Excellent machine and would recommend it to my friends.

I just got this washer. It's great for a small space, but the spin cycle is a little loud and because it's small, I have had to do 3 loads a week instead of my usual 2 loads when I had a bigger washer. However, it's very nice to look at and its stackability is ideal.

I absolutely love this washer. My husband is a landscaper and his clothes are now finally super clean and odorless thanks to the sanitizing cycle.

Purchased this washer as the 1500 model in February 2014. Today, it's deceased; three months after the warranty expires. Motor and control board both failed and the estimate is $400 just to replace the motor. Over $700 purchase for 15 months of use. Spare yourself the money and do your research.

So far so good, I will provide an in depth review like I do for all my products. I have heard problems with front loaders from G.E. this being a replacement model since my last one failed in just 5 years, Im looking to how long this one holds up.

For a 1st HE experience, I am underwhelmed. Though the wash is cleaned, I find I must always use a second rinse either with liquid or pod detergents. And it is amazingly noisy.

Door is difficult to open and close, perhaps needs to be adjusted. The striker plate rubs against the top of the latch when closing. Washing/ cleaning is excellent and uses very little waster. Pump discharge is loud however.

Very easy to use, works great. Clothes come out so clean and king size comforters fit great.

Great features, great wash, simple to use. Comparative price shopping proved this washer was the best value for the money. Less bells and whistles to break. Love the sanitizing feature. The size is perfect. It holds plenty and yet doesn't overwhelm my non-matching dryer which holds a super sized wash load, including my queen comforter.

I've had this washer several months. It cleans great and I am very happy with it. It is a little noisy.

This washer has lots of different cycles and options for washing your clothes. And itt looks great too!

I love this unit. It is energy efficient and beautiful.

We received this washer through our home builder brand new and it has been nothing but a hassle and trouble since we moved in. We initially had 5 service calls on it for the washer shaking the house and walking across the floor. The CR person at GE was less than helpful. We finally were able to speak with a manager after some time and they replaced the washer. It is still the loudest, most vibration washer I have ever had. I would not recommend this product or customer service to anyone. Very poor experience.

This washer is great. It's big, it fits a king size comforter in it easily. It's quiet and has a great selection of settings.

It takes longer to wash, but it is very economical in water and energy usage, and still clean a large load.

I am please with my new clothes washer. It's easier to use than the one it replaces.

Good, gets clothes clean Bad, if it is kind of full, the middle of the clothes do not get wet. Major flaw. That means you can only put a few clothes in at a time which means more washer loads which negates any energy savings you might otherwise get. Very limited.

I had a problem with my washer. The technician visited multiple times, replaced all of the inner parts, spoke with other GE technicians, and spent an hour on the phone with a GE engineer. The technician was a 3rd generation GE repair technician. He really knew his stuff! Unfortunately, the team was not able to resolve the issue. They turned it over to customer relations and I was able to get a brand new washer at a fraction of the cost! Additionally, the great low price included, delivery of new washer, pick-up of the old one and hook-up of the new washer. GE even sent a $50 check to cover my family's laundry! I have all GE PROFILE appliances and I would recommend them to anyone. The customer service is top notch! Thank you GE!

Good washer for the price. I bought it to match a dryer that was replaced a year ago. It is slow and the fast wash is still slow.
