Washer was purchased as an appliance package with the builder of my new home.

Noisey during spin cycle, big disappointment, can't recommend this product.

I read review before buying this washer, some complained that clothes came out very dry, felt uncertain if they were washed clean. My washer does a great job cleaning, and removing water very well which help with the drying time. Love it.

I had the machine installed yesterday and ran it through a cycle today. The low water usage was fantastic, was not sure there was water in the drum. It was quite even during the highest spin level with minimal vibration. Looking forward to buying the matching dryer unless GE wants to send me one to product test.

Great features and options. I do not care for how you load liquid detergent, bleach, and softner. So I purchase the detergent pods.

I bought this about a week ago. I love it! Washes everything very well. Only downside is that it takes over an hour.

delivered a few days ago big improvement over my old machine

I bought this recently to replace a similar GE machine that worked fine for six years, then had a rear bearing issue. Other than the short life span of the first machine, delivery delays and extra installation costs of the new one, I am basically satisfied.

Washer sounds like freight train from day one. Had it serviced, tech said I wasn't using right detergent and load was off balance. I made the adjustments and no change.

Had for a few months, very energy efficient and covers all my needs.

I just got bad news about my washer that is little over one year old needs a new pump and will cost over $400 to repair on top of the $99 I paid today for service call. I will have to buy a new washer If I buy GE I get $99 back

So far we are very happy with this dryer. Would defininitely recommend it to others.

I bought this 3 months back. From the day this was installed it makes squeaking noise.

This washer keeps me from bending over into the drum to get wet laundry! Uses less detergent and still gets my clothing and linens and towels clean. Saves water also. Now I can launder small rugs at home. My bought the pedestal both times. Need it!

This was an upgrade included in the house I bought. The house has a second floor laundry and it also came with pedestals. The washer works great until it gets into the spin cycle, the whole house shakes and its mildly scary. It seems better if I don't use the spin cycle, but then my clothes are extremely wet and then it takes forever to dry.

We received the washer as a replacement for our old washer that we had for over 10 years.

It's a very good washer. It much better than my last one.

It is a pretty washer but the worst I ever had. Tangles the clothes a lot, vibrates as much as if you put something over the top it will drop it to the floor, it has a funny smell after it works that force me to leave the door open to allow ventilation. I never had these problems with my previous washers before. A pro, it has a lock that prevents kids to modify it once it is on.

This was purchased for a new second home. I did six loads and it died. This was the third problem with a new GE appliance.
