I bought this washer 3 months ago and I'm less pleased with it each time I use it. It never seems to develop a balanced load; it shakes, vibrates, even with the use of quiet feet, worse than any washer I've had in the past.

Had front loader before and loved it. New homes came with top loaders. Even had GE Profile top loader. OK but just the same quality of clean as a front loader. Our new home offered the GE front loader with stand. Love the options available and surprisingly it is NSF for commercial use. Does not drip .. as you would think. Offers reloading during the cycle and clothes come out very clean. Many cycles to choose from and the dials and panel is easy to use. Even my 18 year old can figure it out. Straight A student and not a brain in his head when it comes to housework. Yes, I would recommend the GE front loader to my friends .. and have.

This particular washer turned out to be lemon that was down more than it was working in the first 7 weeks of ownership. GE was kind enough to replace it with a new washer. The brand itself is good, but it needs a separate rinse and spin cycle like the LG washers.

I bought it about 3 months ago. Saves water, but takes longer to wash.

We perched this about a month ago. I love the timer and silent wash. Makes life so easy!

So far real good machine I wish you could hear the buzzer I put it on high and can't hear it in the next room

Purchased this 4 years ago now has front gasket leaks. $400 to replace gasket! The GE repairman said that it was common thing cause by bleach. When we told him we rarely used it he still insisted it was due to the soap or ect we were using. I have had 3 front load washing machines and 2 of them leaked in the gasket area and ruined my floors. NEVER AGAIN! At least the first one lasted for 10yrs. The repairman also said the gasket had dried out. Sounds to me like a defective part. At this point it doesn't make sense to fix so we will just scrap this piece of junk and buy a NON GE top loader. My last Maytag top loader lasted 20yrs!

My wife and brought the machine because it's great for the number of loads that we wash weekly.

when our dryer died we were not happy with having to replace it but both perform excellent...

I just received the machine and love thr way it operates.

optional features met our expectations allowing us to stack the washer and dryer. Big space savings.

Totally broke down after only three years of light use. Blew out it's baring's.

I love this washer. The spin mode is unbelievable. It has actually helped me save on electricity because a do not have to use the dryer as long.

We've been using the washer about 6 weeks now and it works great but I wish we had bought one with a larger drum size and a few more features. Would have prefered one that had a soap and fabric softner dispenser that you could fill up when needed instead of with every load. Steam cycle would have been nice but we will probably get that when we replace our dryer.

I would never recommend this nightmare of a machine to anyone!

It has a very pretty modern look to it rather than the typical washer door on top models.

We bought this GE washer to replace a six year old unit that failed. The new washer is similar in styling and the price was very good for the number of featured cycles and capacity. We are very happy with the performance and quiet operation of this new washer.

Really enjoy the set – washer and dryer. Works great and they look really nice. The controls are pretty simple and not too complicated to use.

Didn't get it hooked up till this Friday because of remodlling, so used it non stop for about 24 hrs. very pleased with washer.

Not only is the washer efficient and quiet, our electric and water bill has gone down considerably.

I am very happy with all of my GE appliances This washer came at a perfect time. My older top loader needed replacement. I did not expect the wash time to be as long as it is my older washer completed the job in 20-30 mins. This washer completes a regular wash in 60-70 mins its suprisingly long but i am very happy with my purchase

Installation was done with purchase of new home....this washer squeaks loudly and nonstop. First use and I already had to call GE repair.

i used it the first time and it worked great, and it was quiet and the clothes were clean

I'm impressed that despite low water usage, the clothes always come out clean. Also (and even more important) it takes 15 LESS minutes to dry an equal size load than when I used my old washer!!!! Imagine the electric bill savings!

Washing machine is easy to use and it is a product made in the USA.

I purchased it because it was the only one that could sit on washer.
