We like this product. It is easy to use....even my 90 year old Mother had no difficulty in figuring out how to use it. Excellent exhaust system although it is loud. The surface light is much brighter than my previous GE microwave oven.

Microwave is fine but controls so small it makes them difficult to read and use

This microwave is very easy to use, but the motor that drives the rotating table seems to be poorly made. The first motor was very jerky and noisy. The second motor ran fine for a while and then starting making loud noises. Not sure what that was all about, but now it seems to be working fine.

I like the microwave except the controls are way too small. With all the space on the faceplate they could be made much bigger like the old model. Especially if you want older folks to buy the product.

Very nice microwave. The one thing I would like changed to make it five stars use let the exhaust air, out front. Make the three screw available at the front so that I don't have to take the microwave out from my 15 inch cabinets to put in the charcoal filter.

It's a good microwave. decent price. I like the fact that theres an extra shelf on it!

I replaced my 11 year GE profile microwave (after the magnetron died and unfortunately arced in its casing so it was not replaceable). This is very similar microwave except I miss the delayed start and reminder buttons. Otherwise, very similar in its display and easy to use.

Easy to use; I don't really cook in my microwave so having the preset buttons makes this unit easy to use.

This Microwave replaced an earlier model GE that served us well for over ten years. We use GE products because they are dependable.

Pros - Easy fit and install for replacement use - Templates great - Controls easy to use - Favorite features are "Quick Timer Select" and Night Light Timer (Strange, not too sizes / models have Light Timer (??). - VERY EASY CONVERSION between the external and recycle vent--Like that (1) model can be used for either venting - great feature + good directions.... - Door feels very solid when opening / closing Cons Not really any deal breakers here, but everyone's gotta have something, so.... Cant really tell difference between hi and lo fan speeds.

I like the air vent being on top. It's easier to keep clean. Had this microwave installed above my new GE flattop range. Both look nice & work well.

Works great. It has convenient features. Easy to read.

My expectations are low. The door should open and close easily. When I push a button it should work. It should clean easily. After my old GE microwave died after 19 years, I figured that a new very similar model might also last 19 years. So far. So good.

Replaced an old microwave that I had no idea it was working so poorly until it died. This new one was half the weight of the old one so it was easy to install as well.
