Didn’t last 6 years! All appliances in my home are GE and where in the new home we bought . All the GE appliances are going out including our dishwasher ! Ge use to be good appliances not anymore ! Buyer beware.

Just installed it looks great and I love the features would recommend

We just put in new cabinets and the microwave looks great against the white cabinets. It is very big and was easy to install for a beginner.

The only complaint I have is the shelf inside the microwave is too low. It makes it very inconvenient to heat up food

Parts to repair the keypad in this microwave are almost as much as a new microwave. Disgusted and am changing brand loyalty from GE. Not throwing any more money at this lemon!

Try putting some good designs in the lower basket .

A decent basic microwave; it failed after 2 years. One of the safety devices, perhaps a thermal cutout, is intermittent, and it needs service. Vent fan is NOT quiet, FYI. Also has hot spots when cooking.

We have had this unit for right over two years and have had nothing but trouble from day 1! Of course the builder swears this is the best model out there but I do not concur. I would NOT recommend this or any other GE product for that matter.

This is an excellent appliance. Looks good on my renewed kitchen. Modern and elegant.

This microwave has good aesthetics but the door handle started delaminating less than 12 months from when we purchased it. It is advertised as an "above range unit" but it certainly does not seem to live up to its billing. Just bought a new handle which isn't cheap!

My original unit was accidently damaged by a home contractor. Of course they offered to replace my damaged microwave. This unit was available with the right functions. The look, ease of use and adequate functions fits my needs. Thanks GE!

We are so happy to our new home ,we're using all GE appliances.

I bought my microwave in Jan. 2017. I live by myself and use the microwave very infrequently. It just stopped a few weeks ago. All the obvious items to check have been checked (e.g., fuses). Will not buy this model again.

This came standard on a newly purchased home, we loved it as it matches the rest of the appliances that came with it.

My microwave now is a fancy lit storage box with a vent-a-hood with storage. Only after a short time the microwave no longer microwaves. The light comes on and the table stills turns but the main function has stopped. After research I have learned that over the stove microwave with venta-a-hoods are not as practical as they are sold to be. I found in my research that many other people have had the same issues. I maintained my filter system per instructions that came with the machine but it seems that regardless of following these instructions, steam from cooking with the combination use of the vent-a-hood causes issues with the electronic components inside the microwave. Very disappointing because we designed our kitchen to have the look of a over the stove microwave

The microwave looks wonderful with out appliances . Very classy look to it and very functional . Recommend it to anyone . We love it !

Bought floor model - works like new- takes a bit to get used to from older Mike we had but a solid appliance

I love my new GE Microwave. I have a couple of other GE Products and hope to complete my kitchen with all GE appliances. They are always beautiful & never disappoint. My new microwave is wonderful. It's quiet, efficient and I love the new touchpad. Thank you, GE!

New house with builder microwave. offered through builder.

I replaced my old GE Microwave with this one. Though the installation was straightforward, after the installation I had trouble seeing the printing control pad buttons. Old Microwave were in white against a black background. Now they are dim gray and difficult to see. Is there lighting behind the pad to make the printing easier to wee?

The night light- and surface light stopped working soon afer it was installed.

I recently built a home and GE appliances were the only brand offered through the builder. Product is pretty good but similar to one I had in the apartment I rented while my home was being built. My only real criticism is that the wire rack is pretty flimsy.

Love it. Would give it a 5 except the turntable is a tiny bit jerky. Worries me a little.

New homeowner and upgraded appliances. Microwave works well and looks good

We bought this over-the-range microwave oven to replace a similar ten-year old unit that was damaged when a breadbasket literally caught fire in the oven. The same basket had been microwaved in the same way literally hundreds of times before. The new oven was easily installed and works well - just the way it is supposed to.
