This appliance came with my newly purchased home but I was given a chioce of other appliances.

Cooking temps and times are spot on. Glad we got it.

This microwave was a standard feature chosen by the home builder. I like it and have no complaints about it. They made a good choice!

I sent a review days prior stating how I was unhappy that our new microwave was not working the day it was delivered.We had ge serviceman come out....microwave could not be fixed.He showed us that the microwave was damaged..most likely dropped before installation. So this was the appliance store fault...we will be getting a new one.We had ge microwave for 10 years before, and that's why we bought another ge.So I apologize to ge..not their fault.

Only complaint is that the under-unit light is in the rear and not very bright

Replacing a GE of same type that lasted less than 5 yrs due to door switches shorting out and blowing breaker; then the oven finally just quit cooking at all. I only bought this one because the bracket and holes matched existing installation. Otherwise I probably would have looked at other brands. I took out the longest warranty offers, so this one had better last.

Had about 2 months and completely satisfied. Still happy with GE Appliance.

Had this item since January(16'). Cooks just fine. The surface light on the bottom stuck in the on position and wouldn't turn off. Had to cycle the switches about a dozen times before it would turn off.

To my surprise and utter astonishment this product has no temp cook.

Enjoying this top-mounted microwave. Easy to use and cooks evenly. Enjoying it so far!

this is my second GE microwave it last a very long time will be year before I need another one thanks GE.

We had our last GE microwave for 16 years. We look forward to this one lasting just as long and love the new features it has.

I recently purchased this product which is the new version of my previous microwave. It seems the bean counters had more input on this new version. Pros: Many features. Slightly quieter exhaust and during operation vs previous generation. The glass turntable is inset allowing for a flat tray to sit on top. They finally removed the ugly bow in plastic front fascia on bottom. Expect 5 - 7 years of useful life depending on use. Cons: The glass turntable is slightly smaller than previous generation. The metal removable shelf is 1/2 the gauge and more flimsy than previous generation. The charcoal recirculating filter is approx 1/3 the size of the previous generation. Keep your wall mount from previous generation if same or similar as they keep making these aluminum support mounts of cheaper quality and gauge.

We needed a microwave that fit our needs- nothing over the top or confusing. We found it!

We got this microwave a week ago. We bought it to replace a GE Spacemaker XL Microwave Oven which we had 14 years, before it suddenly died. The new one looks the same, but some characteristics is not so good as they was before. The door is not transparent. I can't see the dish with food through the door, so I need to pause and open the door to check if my oatmeal not overboiled. I have not tested the all features yet, but those I did tested, are OK. The only one thing, that was not good is a new feature, a thin shelf. It came with defect: 2 strings were not soldered on one side, so it is useless. This shelf is so thin, that I am afraid, that is save to use it.

I bought this to replace my other microwave and I am so happy that I made this choice. All it has to do now is last 18 years like the last one I had.

New home installation, installed by builder. Specifically requested GE microwave.

Looks good, has nice features and makes less noise than my old one.

Goes perfectly with the GE dishwasher we purchased (model GDF520PSJ0SS). Bought in October 2015 and so far so good, love it.

This microwave is great, it works like it should has some quick set buttons which you just hit to get it to start. It is as attractive as it can be being an over the range microwave. Nothing negative to report.

I had this purchased for me by a contractor. It came with my new kitchen which I love. Main problem is not the micowave itself. It just does not measure up to the one I had to give up. It was a large Kenmore with many more features. It's fine for it's size. I just do not like an over the stove micowave.

First of all it would be nice if complete instructions were included. Secondly, defrosting bread or rolls is very difficult and lastly the light under the microwave should be in the front because where it is placed is of very little value.

Micro works Great, and looks Great also. Heats up everything Fast, and The Defrost is exceptionally accurate.
