it works fine just a little pricey

It did what it said it would do without burning my house down.

Works well, easy to install. The pipes that were frozen were thawed out in just a few minutes.

Pipe froze the day after I installed it.

I bought this 12 ft cable, which appears to have no quality control, right out of the box there is a huge hole burned through the cable, this could caused a fire and potentially killed someone. I have no trust in this company and recommend against it

This 12ft Electric Heat Cable Kit didn't heat up when plugged in.

Worked great on my water drain hose this winter.

I am using them to keep my fig tree from freezing rather than for water pipes. They do a good job of that.

Does not heat up pipes well enough in 20 degree temperatures.

The item failed after one on cycle.

Frost King 12-ft Electrical Tape. Quickly melted a frozen water pump in my barn. I left an RV water filter which froze the pump from draining water. Dumbas@ mistake on my part.

My water hasn't froze up once since I installed it! Works like a charm!

Works directly as advertised, and has has been doing fantastic. Keeps my RV Plumbing from freezing. Is warm enough on 20° night that in the morning the cold water is almost too warm to run your hand on.

I ended up buying 4 of the 30" heat tape. They work well with my summer cottage by the sea couple with the pipe insulation.

Make you read the directions before installing. Saves a lot of time.

It turns on but doesn't get warm enough to do anything at all. Itself doesn't get frozen but the pipe remained frozen inside. Traded it in for another one and the same thing. Junk gimmick

Can't really rate it yet just installed it a couple weeks ago it hasn't been installed long enough to give an honest rating I hope it works so my water main line dont freeze up!
