[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We live this freezer. We like stand up freezers because they are easy to organize items. This freezer makes it Uber easy to do that. Great lighting and shelves have ample room to hold the whole pig and many chickens we just butchered from our homestead. Great product. Also decided to go with Frigidaire because we have had their products in the past and they never disappoint. We have their stainless steel fridge and it’s a beast. Love this company.

I was a little concerned about space , but having adjustable shelves and deep pockets in the door made it all work. It does seem to run all the time but manual says it's supposed to, so I guess I won't worry about that. We get our first electric bill in about a week so if it's crazy I'll add to this. I do love the green light. You always know at a glance that i's working

I bought this months ago when we moved into our new home. It’s been running great in our garage. I have no qualms with the operation or layout. However, the three top shelfs are not wide enough the sit on the ledges. There’s been no bowing of the shelf and they are practically unused. With just a little weight the shelfs fall down making most of the freezer useless. I guess I should thank them because it will keep me from packing the freezer full.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased our new freezer for the remodeling of our kitchen. It has been wonderful to have room for everything in one freezer. We do a lot of gardening and have fruit trees for making freezer jam. There is now enough room to freeze the fruits when we are busy in the summer and make the jam on one of those cold winter days when you can’t get out. There is even plenty of room for me to add some baskets to help organize and divide things into categories.

I purchased this freezer from Home Depot who delivered it and set it up. The shelves appeared to be too small for the tracks. I kept repositioning them to try to keep them in the tracks. I turned them different ways and tried not to put too much weight on them. Finally a shelf collapsed and the frozen food hit the floor narrowly missing my foot. At that point I noticed the lowest shelf had clips but the other 3 shelves did not. I contacted Frigidaire and because I was 6 months past the one year warranty they charged me for 6 clips. Very poor service recovery especially on a safety issue that they should have corrected at no cost to the customer.

Like quite a bit, it it snowed! I thought at first that maybe the door had been left open a bit - so cleaned it out - made sure the door was closed good and it came back!!!!!! Can't figure it out! Guess I should call the company!

Freezer was as expected. Nice size and perfect for what we needed. I do wish it had one more shelf which I think would make it more efficient for storage.

Before filling set to -4F, after it was at 7 degrees for a couple days before I changed it. The dial needs to be moved where it can be accessed with the shelves full. It really needs 5 shelves inside. I’m going to have to order another shelf to fully utilize the full 20cuft capacity. It would also benefit from the basket on the bottom being taller. The alarm is super quiet, barely hear it standing next to it. The light never flashed when temp was too high. Pic shows 548lbs. of meat.

It is designed to maximize the amount of food for freezing while still leaving room for air circulation. We are benefiting by buying in bulk and either storing or cooking and freezing what we purchase. In addition the door has a multitude of shelves allowing for nice organization of smaller packaged foods. The door can be adjusted to open from the left or right. While our freezer is inside, this unit is built and ready to be placed in the garage. You will enjoy having this freezer, it is awesome!

If I had anything negative to say it would be that it runs a little loud, but maybe I’m just sensitive to noise. Overall it meets every need and is just what I am looking for!

If it's fixed I'm sure it'll actually stay cold without ruining my electric bill and I can increase the rating to 5 stars.

The older one still works ok but I didn’t trust it because of its age. This new model works great, runs silent and keeps everything at -10. I couldn’t be happier!

We are thrilled with our purchase because the freezer is super quiet and it keeps things ice cold! It is also very spacious! We are very happy and love how we can store what we need in it. We were able to buy a quarter of a cow that was butchered and having the freezer to store it has been great! A wonderful product that works excellently!

At 20 cu ft I am able to feel that my plentiful harvest will stay fresh through out the winter season to feed my family. Plugged it in and it was ready for for my food in less than four hours. An upright allows for easy access and great organization. Additional storage on the door is as wonderful as all the selves.

This freezer is exactly what I was looking for and not only holds the 3/4 cow we purchased, there’s also room for other frozen foods to be stored. The door storage provides an opportunity to store frozen vegetables, fruits and juices along with quick snacks and treats for the kids! So glad we purchased it. Installation was a breeze and once the stabilizer screws were set, other freezer has stayed in place and fits perfectly in our garage. We will be purchasing Frigidaire appliances in the future.
