[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I looked at all upright freezer brands before closing Frigidaire. The model I chose is "meant" for you garage, set to handle those conditions and Temps. This model is frost free, has door shelves top to bottom, on wheels, and has adjustable shelves. It is a HUGE workhorse on the inside, but takes up same floor space as my old 14 cf other brand, it's just TALL. It has a great feature, this green I'm working light shines from the bottom onto the floor so u know its on. I have all my food in, separated and organized and still have tons of room. The features, the look, the value, and the Frigidaire Electrolux name?? Quality workhorse that will last n last. Their compressor makes the cold be delivered on all levels keeping food safe and secure. I highly recommend this freezer, and want their refrigerator next.

Had the unit only a couple of months and it broke down today. We bought the deep freezer to store my wife’s breast milk for our newborn. We pull out milk every night and make sure the door is shut. I was even out in the garage this morning around 8am and no lights were flashing or alarm. We got home around 6 this evening and were getting milk for the next day and we hear a beeping sound and a light flashing. Everything was hot. Thanks over a 1000 oz of breast milk ruined. Never buy this product

We ordered this refrigerator on Feb. 15. It was delivered on Feb. 21. During the installation the installer broke off the piece under the refrigerator that levels it. We were unaware of it until after the installers left. The refrigerator was off balance. We found the crushed and broken piece on the floor. As soon as we were aware of the problem, we contacted the local Home Depot. After much time on the phone, we were told that the manufacturer, Electrolux, would be sending us a replacement piece in 7-10 days. We were also told that once the piece arrived, we were to call Home Depot and someone would come to install it. On the 10th day a simple screw arrived in the mail. Not the whole leveling piece. I went to Home Depot and spoke with an associate in appliances. He called Home Depot headquarters and after 45 min. on hold, he and I gave up. He told me he would try again later and would give me a call. A day or two went by and I received no call. I then called the local Home Depot and asked to speak to the manager. I went through the whole story again with him. He said he would go speak to the associate in appliances and get the situation resolved. That afternoon, I received a message from the associate saying he contacted the manufacturer, and the manufacturer would call me. 3 days went by, and I did not receive a call. I then texted Home Depot headquarters. After going through the whole thing again, I was informed that a replacement part would be coming in 7-10 days. About the 8th day it arrived. I then called Home Depot to set up an appointment for someone to install it. I was told by an appliance associate that he would send out an alert to their Home Depot Pros that I was looking for a refrigeration install. He said, I could then pick which one I wanted. (WHAT??? Why do I have to find and vet the "Pro") When I said that I was not going to pay for this service, the associate seemed uncertain, and told me to pay for it, then ask for a reimbursement. WHAT???? REALLY? We purchased the extended warranty for this refrigerator so I thought I would try that route. When I purchased the warranty, I was under the impression that all parts and labor were covered as well as there being a 3-day window for repair. I submitted the claim on-line. It came back denied. SCREAM! Our refrigerator has been shimmed for over a month. I wish in hindsight that I had returned the refrigerator within the 48-hour window. I think the refrigerator is fine but the service has been abysmal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with my new stand up freezer! It's huge inside, and I have to admit that my favorite part about it is the little green light that illuminates on the garage floor so there's no guessing about if it's working or not.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my Frigidaire 20 cu. ft. freezer. It has a lot of room inside for big box items. I love the 5 shelves that are adjustable and love the basket at the bottom of the freezer which has plenty of room to store bags of food etc. It is very quiet when running. I love that it has an alarm for when the door doesn't shut all the way. It's nice having the green light at the bottom so you know it's working. It's very nice to have the freezer on wheels, which makes it easy to move to clean underneath it. The freezer reached 0 degrees in 6 hours, but I waited until the next day to put my food in it. It keeps my food frozen and even my ice cream stays hard unlike my refrigerator freezer where the ice cream always stayed soft. I highly recommend this Frigidaire upright frost free energy star freezer.

Were storing some food for times of need

Freezer had some cosmetic shipping damage that the shipper noted and rebated for. Switching the door direction was a little complicated but ultimately worked out.

We serve 33 families along the George Parks Highway and living in the three main towns of the borough. Through a GoodCents grant via Golden Valley Electric Association, we were able to purchase this refrigerator which has made it possible to add more perishable items to our emergency supplemental boxes. An excellent addition to our small local Food Bank!
