[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s very spacious inside for the amount of room that it takes up in the kitchen. It’s taller than most without being wider. The glowing green light from the bottom lets you know that it is working properly, and it also makes for a cool little night light!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our 40 year old fezzes still works, but we wanted a backup in case it failed. Our new Frigidaire was a great choice. Easy to install & lots of shelves for storage. I highly recommend it.

Bought this Frigidaire 20 Cu Ft upright freezer from Home Depot. Three months after first use, full of beef and chicken, it quit working. Green Light remained on, no audible alert. Lost all our meat. Monument Home Depot store manager said nothing he could do. Told me to call Frigidaire. Frigidaire sent a tech out and said the mother board is bad. Sending a new mother board in 10 days. Asked for my money back and told no by the store manager and Frigidaire. I do not trust this freezer and am not getting any help from Home Depot or Frigidaire. I thought Home Depot was the place to buy appliances. Apparently not. Will not be stocking this freezer again. Do not trust it. Will not be buying appliances from Home Depot again. No support.

Died before 1 year.. we bought the freezer in May 2022 and died in Feb 2023. Feb 13,2023; The first technician came to evaluate the issue. He came and looked for just a second & ordered parts. Feb 23,2023; The second technician came and changed all the parts that they ordered. He said it will start working after 8 hours. ** It still not working & it is now blowing hot air*** March 6, 2023 (Today), They rescheduled it to March 23, 2023. It will be over one month from our first call to technician service (844) 327-7374 ). Really!!! We need the technician that has the knowledge to fix it or replace a new one immediately!! We lost money worth of food & time that we need to take off to wait for technicians!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We half-heartedly looked for a large upright freezer for about two years to replace our old chest freezer, but we couldn't seem to stumble across one that matched what we were seeking on price, size, aesthetic, AND quality. It wasn't until we started shopping more seriously for about four months that we settled-in on and purchased the 20.0 CF Frigidaire upright freezer. And now, three months later, it's easy to say that this freezer has been the perfect fit. We like the features, the price was right, the quality has been great, and the size is ideal. We did swap the door hinge so that the door now opens from the right instead of the left, which thankfully wasn't a very difficult task - - even for someone like me who is not very mechanical. We also added a few freezer baskets (not included) to allow for better containment and stacking of smaller packages. Bottom line: highly recommended.

As you can see this freezer holds a ton (literally!). Cooling straightforward with inside control using the recommended setting. Very quiet unit, no frost or condensation issues. Very satisfied to date.

It's Huge, holds so much. I love it. I only wish I had gotten an upright freezer years ago.

My shelves are 26 7/8" wide. The inside width is 27 1/2" a 5/8" difference and the shelves are starting to fall. Is it possible that the wrong size shelves were sent with the freezer?

There is lots of space to organize everything. I know what food I have and what I may need at the store. It fits great in my work room.

We bought this freezer only 5 months ago. We installed in our garage for our freshly butchered whole cow that cost us $4500. Today we go to open the fridge and its blood bath inside. Apparently the fridge quit working and dethawed then started working and started to freeze. We thought maybe the power went out but now its turning on and off randomly. (Its not the power we have a refrigerator next to it who is working perfect no lost frozen food). We lost ALL OF OUR MEAT! Horrible!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a fan of frigidaire since my years in apartments because of the fact that it’s easier to clean and it works perfectly without stress. Now that I have have my own house, and was trying to shop for a garage freezer, out of all that I could find, frigidaire is the one that is more affordable. The affordability comes with a beautiful product. It works so well and there’s this light that is under it that lighten up the garage and I loved it. It’s such a relief to me because it’s so spacious and convenient to use. I can’t love it better!

The older one was a Frigidaire that was 20 plus years old and still working great. We needed more room freed up in the garage and wanted the convenience of an upright versus the chest style. We shopped all the brands and settled on the Frigidaire 20.0 Cu. Ft. Upright as it was very large and had good shelving and lighting. Purchased on 11/28/2022 and so far it has not disappointed us. Looking forward to many years of use with another great Frigidaire Freezer.

Bottom basket handy and permits storage of oversized/odd shaped items. Very quiet operation. Side handles/switchable door opening very handy
