Frigidaire 20.0 Cu. Ft. Upright Freezer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We now have had our new upright freezer for three weeks located in our garage. The motor is very quiet, bright interior lighting upon opening the door, it has adequate, easily adjustable shelving for all types of frozen food containers and we feel secure knowing that the operating light, green in color can be seen at a glance. We are very happy with our purchase and knowing that Frigidaire is built in the USA and has had a strong reputable public acceptance.

Freezer
I bought this freezer about three years ago. I had so many issues with it since day, one green light, blinking and beeping. It took about seven months to get parts to fix it after a one year warranty it was over don’t purchase Freezer.

Relief not Grief!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, so good! Delivery went smoothly and the freezer was cheerfully cooling down and seems to have ideal temperature as promised. I did notice that the door can be challenging to open, with the seal pretty solid which is a good thing. I need to work on the feet, as they do slide on my flooring which can make opening and closing the door a little more interesting. But the size and capacity is fantastic and I really appreciate the door shelves and the ability to adjust the inside shelves. Overall, very pleased with the purchase thus far.

Deep freeze
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do like our new stand up deep freeze, it has quite a bit of room in it. We get a whole steer butchered for our family of 6 so we need the room. The deep freeze is great but when we got it there were two dents in the door and the handle on one side had glue seeping out of it.

Not good first impression, door hinge swap nearly impossible
Bottom hinge door stop screw is essentially welded to the bottom hinge making step 12 of the door swap impossible. Need to have Frigidaire send a completely new bottom door hinge for the left and right side. Preferably fixed for left side hinge install so that I don’t have to run into this again

Died within 6 months
I resent this freezer so much, I regret buying it. I hate it. Bought in December 2021 needing one for our slaughtered meat and this was the only one not 16+ weeks out.
The computer died 5 months later. Great they replaced the computer under warranty but we lost our meat.
We have snow build up on the door, food, and seal since day 1. Had the seal serviced but the freezer box itself is uneven and it creates a gap in the door seal, Frigidaire was supposed to fix, but never did within the warranty.

LIFE CHANGING! ! !

I chop up my extra vegetables before they start to spoil, then freeze them, and use these vegetables when I cook, which helps us save money. I also prepare and freeze some homemade meals, serving as a healthy alternative for times when I don't have the time or energy to cook. It has truly made my life easier and healthier.

Best Upright Freezer Yet

It was replaced with a 20 inch cubic foot freezer. While it is a little taller, it actually looks smaller and less bulky than the previous freezer! It cools beautifully and there seems to be a place for everything! I just love everything anout it! I am a Frigidaire girl and will never switch to another brand!

Freezer arrived but after a couple days there was ice build up. Looks like a bad seal. Contacted Home Depot and they said I have to go through Frigidaire support. Contacted them (not easy), and they said they would send a technician out between the hours of 8 am - 5pm. Stayed home and they never showed! Now I am on hold again with Frigidaire to try to get this replaced or repaired - NOT HAPPY! This app won't let me add an image.

Unit failed just outside warranty
Purchased in March 2022, unit is now out of warranty and stopped cooling. All the food inside was ruined and waiting on service call to determine if it can be repaired.

Stand up freezer

Great space for the cost
