Love the Water in the door feature!

Working great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I feel good writing this review, because its already been a few months that we have been using this refrigerator.
It is working well, and not giving us any issues. Amount of space available is really good. Like how the freezer section has so many shelves to organize all the food.
There is even a wine bottle holder in the refrigerator!
All in all, very happy with the purchase.

Pretty disappointed in unit and features
Pretty disappointed in this unit. Have had 3 warranty service calls due to the water line in the back freezing up. Finally had to stuff a rag in the area where the line connects to the frig and tape the area so air would not get into the line connection area and freeze. Biggest problem though is the ice dispenser. Jams constantly...and then the ice comes pouring out the door onto the floor. This happens daily. Really regret this purchase.

Lots of space

Not so pleased
I bought this fridge a month ago and the ice maker has stopped working 3 times now. It just doesn’t shoot the ice out but makes the clicking noise.

Nicest Fridge I've Ever Owned
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are lots of things I love about my fridge! I love how spacious the inside of the fridge and how nicely it fits into my kitchen. Seems silly but I love how the light inside the fridge doesn't blast you in the face when you open the door!
Wouldn't mind there being some sort of draining system on the freezer door or an easier catch-all system for spilled water. Also, organizationally speaking, people are much more likely to eat the things on the top and middle shelves of the fridge. It'd be great to see crisper draws done away with. Eat those fresh fruits and veggies first!

It’s OK

Both ref & freezer are considerably smaller than our older ge. Unit works fine but I think a French door is a much better option for space.

Ice Maker is Out of Control!
We love the refrigerator and freezer but the icemaker is out of control! We use a lot of ice and seldom get a glass of ice without having the last ice cubes fly out of the chute. I now have a heavy rug in front of the refrigerator to catch the ice. Today, the ice maker "stuck" and we ended up with ice all over the floor. How did this icemaker get past the design stage?

Great refrigerator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator came with my RV, it is so nice having a fully functional residential refrigerator in an RV. It can operate on batteries while off shore power and still keeps everything cold as on shore power. The ice maker and water through the door is great, the filter is really easy to replace, and it warns you when it's time to buy a replacement. We can keep fresh fruit and vegetables much longer in this refrigerator as well as milk.

For one I can't seem to dislodge the water filter in order to change it and will have to call in someone to assist with that so that I don't break it. Secondly, we have a shelf that just will not sit properly and therefore tends to fall out easily if not held in place. Also for the first 9 months it would freeze in just a small area of the vegetable drawer although it seems to have stopped that for now. Other than that it

To remove your water filter, you want to press firmly pushing on the end/face of the filter. Doing so will allow the water for to dislodge from the filter housing.
Also, adjusting the humidity controls on your crisper drawer to higher humidity can help prevent with freezing in the crisper drawer.

Horrible

Great Features.

Love the features

We are very happy with it and some favorite features are: the light coming on gradually when you open the door, the water and ice feature with filters, the slide out shelf, the counter depth is a necessity for us, the ice cream shelf in the freezer that I use for shot glasses.
