1 year in and already has rust spots
Purchased this sink and had it installed last year. 13 months later- it now looks sort of like tarnished silver in most areas even when clean and polished. It also has a stretch of rust at the bottom front of the bowl, likely where it got scratched at some point with pots or pans. Overall I really wish I had gone with something else because I will now have to look at the rust spots/tarnish for many years to come unless I want to fork out money for a new sink and the labor to have someone haul this one out install new. On a positive note, it is very large and deep, and it is easy to connect a garbage disposal.

This is a good choice when you want a single...
This is a good choice when you want a single bowl tight radius and have a flip out tray on the cabinet. However, Elkay went and made the inner dimensions smaller without telling Home Depot. Elkay tapered the sides slightly towards the bottom so the additional sink grid that is sold by Home Depot for $50 that is supposed to protect the sink bottom and finish will not fit. There is no ETA from Elkay for a new grid. Make sure you check all the dimensions before making your selection.

Do not buy
I’ve had my sink installed for 2 weeks now..the sink has crazy scratches and rust spots already..I never leave dishes in the sink overnight and to have rust spots is totally unacceptable..I have an high end kitchen now with a poor quality sink that I once thought was very beautiful..Im now online shopping for a sink grid to help the matter of scratches but lost of what to do about the rust.shame on elks for such beautiful poor quality product

I'm not sure how to rate this sink. It looked great upon install however, after the first day it had several scratches on the bottom. I had not washed dishes in the sink - only rinsed them to put in the dishwasher. I intended on buying a mat for the bottom but had no idea it would scratch so easily. Perhaps this is true with all stainless sinks but had I been aware I would have opted for a different material. I plan to contact the manufacturer to find out what, if anything, I can do to mkae it a little more presentable. It looks old and scratched up. Very disappointing.

I’ve been using this sink for about a month. The drain catch is very deep to hold additional scraps, but clogs very easy so it’s not useful to be so deep. Would have preferred just a regular drain.
