Finally, there is a refrigerator that fits the bill for a family.   This counter-depth French door refrigerator freezer with IQ controls has brought my family into the 21st century.  It is roomy inside and the movable shelves fit all our needs.  The water & ice come out perfectly and is a great addition to any home. The refrigerator's sleek design will fit difficult spots.  The many drawers store needed fruits, vegetables and cheeses.  The spacious pull-out freezer is  a wonderful size to have to store the many types of frozen foods you have

If there was a lower rating I would give it to this Electrolux refrigerator. Three years ago we had what we thought was our dream kitchen remodeled with all Electrolux appliances. I fell in love with their looks, but had problems with the refrigerator from day one. To make a long story short, after problems with the ice maker, ice dispenser, control board, now the original bulbs that came with the refrigerator are burning the lining and it has holes and cracks in the liner. Electrolux is offering to patch the holes and cracks with epoxy and tape. The cooktop leaves much to be desired with its inferior quality, the knobs are fading, even with gentle care, the burners are not distributing flames properly. We had a problem with the dishwasher, not draining and not cleaning the dishes well. These were very expensive appliances and we thought we were buying top of the line. Will never buy any Electrolux product again!

Great refrigerator, plenty of room, it all works very well. Love the space and the modern clean look.

I recently purchased my new refrigerator for my remodeled kitchen and love everything about it! The refrigerator has ample space and all the options are easy to use and understand!

I purchased this refrigerator and have had repairmen out several times.  At first repairman told me he couldn't hear the noise, which is very high pitched and quite annoying to the point I am trying not to be in my kitchen.  The second repair man told me it a normal noise for the refrigerator and showed me in in the manual that it talks about it.  The freezer seal on the right side doesn't seem to close completely anymore which they are coming out to look out next week.  

Love everything about the Fridge.  Easy to clean, easy to reach everything.  Additional features, additional dollars.  Value for what you pay for.  Great features on the ice/water maker.

While the styling of this refrigerator is great, and the space very flexible, I was disappointed in the freezer capacity and when the upper ice dispense stopped working after only 4 months of minimal use, I came to the conclusion that we could have done much better for our money. Electrolux, I am told, is a Frigidaire division which leads me to believe that both brands are not what one expects them to be.

The fridge is great . Wish the freezer door had an alarm like the fridge doorsince my family just doesnt seem to shut it right

Excellent fridge so far. Had it about a month. The only real issue is that the ice clumps in the top ice container if not used rather quickly. Havent had it checked yet, hopefully no issue to a simple Fix 

Very happy with the features and accessibility of this fridge.  Very roomy and functional.

This is a gorgous hunk of metal and overall, operates smoothly. I insisted we get a counter depth refrigerator, it had to be white, and it had to be french door in design. Electrolux could meet all of these specficatons, according to the description, so we ordered. It was made for us special and we are pretty happy with it so far. One issue came up with the freezer temperature beginning to rise and a service personal came fairly quickly and determined what part was needed, ordered it, and then returned the following week and did a very quick install which solved the problem. I do think it makes some noises that could be eliminated connected to the upper ice maker. I feel we made a the best choice withthis refrigerator/freezer  (dependent upon our requirements) and would consider another if and when this one needs to be replaced. 

Freezer drawers do not slide out/in smoothly. IQ-Touch panel appearance quickly degraded

After owning this refrigerator for for 16 months, the plastic on the top of the freezer door cracked off, and the plastic on the bottom of one refrigerator door is about to crack off. We have no children in the home, and this refrigerator has not taken any abuse.   I am currently in the process of trying to get this replaced for no charge, even though it is over a year.  I have never heard of pieces of a refrigerator cracking after a little over a year.  We'll see what happens, but as of now I am really unhappy.

I'll have to update this review in a few months as things shake out. Currently the water is dispensing very slowly from the front. We have limited ice making, and there is a bit of ice build up on the inside of the freezer. If all of these things end up working out, the fridge itself is pretty nice. For some reason they went with a red light to show if you were on ice or water on the front panel. The rest of the panel is a very pleasant blue so the red just looks awful. Obviously this is what it is, and might not be important to many. The freezer door can be a bit heavy for my mom, and the upper basket sort of makes it a bit of a chore to open and close it properly. This isn't really a major issue either, but its something she has mentioned. I'm hoping I will call technical support and have all of my issues taken care of (which I haven't done yet) and come back and change my review. I believe this is a discontinued item as of this review. It's nice but we are still nervous.

When I was looking for refrigerators I had few options. I wanted a French style with ice and water, counter depth and in white. There are only a couple manufacturers that make a model like this, so our choices were limited. The Electrolux had all the features we wanted. It cost almost double what any other comparable model that was stainless and regular depth. But, this model was pitched as a high end, top quality model and worth the extra money. After receiving this model, I can say that I am less than impressed with the craftsmanship displayed in the unit. Exposed bolts on the handles that attach the doors make it look unfinished. Metal weld joints on the top of the doors are uneven and make the doors look there is missing trim. Along with a couple other minor nits I could pick, make me question the craftsmanship of a so called high-end luxury model. The only other issue is Freezer space. We moved from a side by side to this French style. There is very little room in the freezer section and if it weren't for another stand alone freezer in the garage, we would not have enough room for a weeks worth of groceries for a family of 4.

After looking for many weeks, we were very pleased to find a counter-depth french-door refirgerator IN WHITE that fit our needs. I have no complaints at all.... and the extra ice maker in the freezer is great for an extra supply, as well as filling our old refrigerator's ice compartment that isn't hooked up.

Love this refrigerator!  Super stylish and organized perfectly. 

My wife and I have found this refrigerator to be perfect for our needs. It is somewhat smaller than our previous appliance but it is more than adequate for our requirements. This new appliance fits into our kitchen much better and allows movement in the area to flow without blockages. We entertain frequently and it seems that everyone ends up in the kitchen area. Now all can move around easier without the refrig sticking out into the room and impeding traffic flow. The refrigerator has easily moveable shelves which pull out to allow easy access to everything in it. It is well designed to allow use of all available space. We especially like the fact that it has two ice makers, one in the door for easy access and one in the freezer for additional needs. We never run out of ice even though we use lots of ice. After getting accustomed to the digital control panel we find it easily readable and allows us to know how the appliance is functioning at all times. The door ajar warnings are especially helpful when all of our grandchildren are in the house. To this point we have found this refrigerator to meet all of our needs even though we cook all of the time. Storage of food needing refrigeration has never been an issue. We couldn't be more pleased with this product than we are.

Overall, we're very happy with our new refrigerator. It is beautiful and works well. And we love the functionality of the water/ice dispensor. We have noticed that it is somewhat noisy at times.

On the surface, I like my new refrigerator. It has all the features I want and is the right size and look to go in my brand new kitchen. Unfortunately, two thing went wrongs upon installation. #1 the rear wheel broke as we moved it into the house. The customer service rep was very helpful and sent me a replacement wheel assembly in a couple of days. Unfortunately, it was a replacement for a for a front wheel and didn't fit. #2. The ice maker in the food space area which supplies ice to the in door dispenser does not work. I called the referred local repair company and they scheduled an appointment to come out. I guess they are very busy as it was a week or two before they could come. The diagnosis is a "bad control board." Disappointing in a brand new appliance. I would have thought that they would be tested before they are shipped. I'll update this (if I can) once the repair has been effected.

I received this fridge and it came with several problems. two dents from shipping, a fan motor mounted wrong making a loud noise, the upper ice maker does not work and the freezer drawer slide rails are messed up making it hard to open and close.

Nothing but problems with all my Electrolux appliances. Multiple service calls, NO customer support.

I had a couple of delivery problems...first delivery was dented...second delivery was scratched n dented...3rd delivery was clean but now I'm trying to figure out the noise I'm hearing...LookS beautiful though...

These refrigerators are a huge waste of money. Nothing but problems from the day it arrived. First one had 3 out of the box defects. Ice maker never worked properly, service people installed several retrofit kits to improve operation, still did not produce enough ice for a family of two. So many problems with original unit, it was replaced, problems continued. Now 1 1/2 years later the entire unit no longer cools or freezes. I am cutting my loses and getting new unit - not Electrolux!

The refrigerator has a flowing design with no sharp edges, It's compact and excellent for  space, the controls  are  excellent.  It's  quiet with a good selection of your needs i.e.. Water, Ice etc.

This counter-depth refrigerator was needed because of the size of my kitchen--would have preferred regular depth, so there is a little less room than ideal. However, it IS easy to stock, once you figure out where to put things. It is nice to have an ice dispenser on the door, as well as one in the freezer. However, the top one burned out within two weeks of purchase (short in wire). A replacement part of needed, ordered and installed within 10 days and it now works well. Time will tell if this one will burn out. Customer service was excellent and repairman was available within 24 hours, did the job well. The bottom freezer also takes practice, but holds as much as my old top freezer, when you take into account the space taken up by that icemaker, which can be turned off. Would recommend, will continue to recommend highly if the current icemaker holds up. It's refreshing to have a white appliance available. Most are stainless, which is not my choice.

Clean lines. Excellent interior lighting. Temp. Control is right on. Handles are just right. Doors are smooth and functional.

My wife Anne and I own a condo on the beach in Vero FL. Our old refrigerator had a minor leak that caused water to drip on the tile floor. My wife slipped and fell and we decided to look for a replacement. The search was an eye opening experience. We are both very concerned about safety, quality as well as value. We have a galley kitchen which translates into tight space and that we had to have a counter depth fridge. Of the 11 counter depth fridges we looked at by far the Electrolux was the best. The fit and finish we're great. Everything about this fridge is fantastic. The water is purified,the air is filtered and the lights are led all of which is truly great. We have had it a month now and a number of people in our building are looking at Electrolux as an option in there search after seeing ours.

Does everything a refrigerator should do and even has a the water filter/ice machine. Only wish is to have a bigger freezer 

Bought this in 2009 because we wanted counter depth and crushed ice.. Lovely look, refrigerator and freezer fine, but we are about to have our 7th service call (more than 1 a year) on the ice maker which stopped making ice again and after 5 years is way out of warrantee. If it doesn't fix this time we're going to donate it to a local charity and buy a new refrigerator. We've had an Amana that lasted 20 years and 2 current Whirlpools, which are flawless. Enough said.
