Did not have an issue with it until i owned it for about a year, then the ice maker in the freezer died completely. I expect more out of such an expensive appoiancel

I bought this as well as an Electrolux slide in range and matching microwave hood for a complete kitchen remodel. After 11 months, all are performing flawlessly and look great! If I had to do another kitchen remodel, I'd choose the same great Electrolux appliances.

Purchase mainly for the design however, for the cost definitely not a good product. I would not recommend this refrigerator. The unit is makwas a very audible noise which we have gotten used to, does NOT keep food fresh, the doors do not always seal properly and remains ajarred yet the warning indicator does not go on. The freezer compartment does not keep ice cream completely frozen, consistency is soft. Parts are only covered for one year - really poor warranty. Found that out when we realized the gaskets needed to be replaced - less than 2 years old and already breaking down.

we bought this because we were told that Kitchen aid didnot make a counter depth. This refrigerator seems to work well but there is not enough shelf space because of the position of the ice maker and water dispenser. The electroniocs and digitals are gooid

Decided to replace a much larger, 22-year old refrigerator. I know this one will never last as long as my old one....appliances just aren't made to last today! But I look forward to many years of use and keeping my fingers crossed. Have had for 2 months and so far everything is great. Have always wanted and needed a counter-depth for the size of the kitchen. And would never have thought I needed 2 ice-makers, but I am happy to have both. Still have to play around and figure out the best positions for shelves to meet my needs, but really like the look of the interior.

I bough the refrigerator a month ago and we love the design and space of both the refrigerator and freezer. It is stylish and extremely functional. Easy to arrange items. Keeps items in perfect temperature even in the current hot and humid weather.

We needed repair of the freezer unit in less than six months. Not sure if it is totally repaired. Thermometer on the bottom shelf in the back of the refrigerator reads 45 when set on 37. We will need another repair call.

16 months old. Water dispenser drips after using it. Frost on the freezer drawer gasket and the over temp alarm has gone off several times.

Granted we have only had this unit for 2 months so I have no idea on longevity, however we are thrilled. This was replacing a sub zero so we had expectations. Double ice maker is a must. Pull out shelves really help to eliminate the hassle of not having as much room. Would completely recommend albeit 1 months in

great product just a bit small in storage space but love the design

Electrolux had broken part on backorder and asked if I would go four months without a fridge. They would not replace the unit, and said I must wait for the part to come into stock. 4 months without a fridge!?!? Really bad product and really really bad service. Don't buy.

I had to convince my husband that we needed a new and bigger refrigerator, Our old one was a side by side, with very little room and the ice and water feature did not work. After much nagging I got my way. To hear him tell it now - it was his idea. He loves it as much as I do. We will retire to Mesa, AZ and we will get one in our condo also. We might have to redo the kitchen to make it fit but it will be worth it.

I purchased this appliance in May, 2015 and it has never worked properly. I had to have a repair service come to my home 3 times. The top of the unit did not cool properly and could not maintain a constant, safe temperature. The freezer door was not aligned properly and did not close completely, resulting in unfrozen food. Electrolux finally relented and replaced the unit. My first choice would have been to exchange for a different manufacturer, however, that was not an option.

After month of usage my new French door refrigerator, I am totally satisfied by its great looks and quietness high performance

Not sure what I bought. Cant adjust temp in fridge, makes too many noises.

We purchased this model for our lake cottage because of the double ice maker feature. We have lot of company at the Lake and we needed extra ice all the time. So far so good! We have not run out yet. I wish we would have paid more attention to the "bowed" contour of this design. We have a small kitchen and this design takes up more room.

Ice maker broke first week. They tried fixing 2 times, no luck.

Love the lighting, the looks, the best part is the 2 separate ice compartments. Never run out of ice!

We have had this refrigerator for about 2 months now and couldn't be happier with it. Having 2 ice makers is great, the door dispenser cubes are perfect for drinks, the freezer bin makes it easy to get ice for a cooler or other uses. I love how the LED lighting goes from off to full brightness in a couple of seconds. The quality of build of the Electrolux is superior to all other brands we looked at, a very sturdy unit.

I grew up in a home with a double oven. My first home had a double oven and a double oven was a must for our kitchen remodel.

So far, no problems with the refrigerator. (We've only had it for 3 months) I would prefer a larger freezer

I was worried about it being counter depth as I was afraid to lose that extra space. However, the way the compartments are set it seems to fit more and it had easier access. Love it!

Purchased this product two months ago,very happy with it.

Generally, we are quite happy with the refrigerator with one exception. Anything put in the freezer compartment gets coated with a layer of frost almost immediately. Thereafter, frost continues to build. Among other things, this means we have to rinse off anything we remove from the freezer after a day or two. I don't understand why this frig was designed this way as we have never had this problem on all the previous refrigerators we have owned.

I purchased this refrigerator approximately 1 year ago. I have not had any mechanical issues at all. I selected this refrigerator because the drawers and storage options were well made and did not feel cheap as other similar units of other manufacturers did.

This is really a very nice appliance.  In years past I have always had a larger refrigerator and I was not sure if in fact that this model would be large enough for our use.  It is!  We get many compliments from our company too.  I am very impressed with this line of appliances.  I have never had Electrolux prior to our remodeling our kitchen.  Now everything in the kitchen is Electrolux including refrigerator, range, microwave, and dishwasher.  There is just no way a woman can have different brands of appliances in her kitchen.  It is just not acceptable!

I bought this refrigerator because it was less deep than most counter depth models of other manufacturers. The room inside and the split between the freezer and cold compartment was also superior for our current lifestyle-barely need the freezer. There is a nice full width cold compartment drawer and 2 crispers. I stayed away from another refrigerator with 3 crispers in a row as each drawer was then too small. My decision was based on size and functionality as you can tell. Would prefer that one wouldn't have to select between water and ice through the door. There are 2 different dispensers. It would be better to select between crushed and cubed ice and make water available 100% of the time. Also, would like to see some choices on the brightness of the water dispenser light instead of the other controls. And the side of the box is gray, while the Electrolux range is black. A few inches of stainless to match the front of both appliances would not accentuate that the appliances are not built-in.

If you a throwback person, who likes the idea of having large blocks of ice in your fridge in order to keep your groceries cool, this is the fridge for you. Of course, ice blocks aren't delivered to your door anymore, and the unit is not structured to drain as the ice melts, which is a bit messy... We've had our unit completely replaced only once. After that, the repair folks have replaced all three doors, the compressor, the fan, the electronics--basically almost the whole fridge again and it still doesn't work. Gotta go buy some more ice blocks...

The ice maker takes up too much shelf and door space.
