I love this refrigerator. It's great because its counter depth and very sleek; great appearance and love the display panel.

I like the fridge - it's a little smaller than a previous side by side - but, not too bad for overall storage. The water and ice dispenser are probably the best features. We had an issue with fan noise, because a seal froze, and ice got into the blades - service was necessary. Also, ice cubes tend to pop out of the freezer bucket (lower section). But, all in all, it does the job.

Recommended to me by an appliance repairman after we decided by old fridge was beyond repair. This model is roomy and has customary features for this price range. Seems to run a bit on the noisy side. Maintains temperatures. Door does not always close completely when the sealer panel on the right side does not fully engage into the slot it is intended for and does not trigger door alarm. I would recommend search for other models

We have had this refrigerator for about a year and a half (a few months past the end of the warranty) and the icemaker in the refrigerator has stopped producing ice. As I was investigating the cause of this, I pulled the refrigerator out and noticed two severe rust spots on the back panel of the fridge. I believe this is due to poor insulation that causes cold spots where water condenses on the outside causing rust. This is unacceptable for a high end appliance to have such issues after a little over one year. Refrigerators used to last forever, now they are making expensive junk. Besides the above issues, the refrigerator has been acceptable, but has some annoying features. After a short power outage (a quick as a few seconds) the refrigerator has an alarm that goes off and needs to be silenced. As you can imagine this is very annoying when it happens in the middle of the night. The buttons on the water dispensor are also difficult to press. I would not recommend this appliance.

This is a counter depth so the interior is a little smaller than most but it is well laid out and easy to organize. I love the two ice bins. The filter is easy to locate and replace. The installers did not level the fridge and I had an issue with the doors not sealing because of that.

We bought this model to downsize from our old full size refrigerator to save room in our kitchen. It makes our kitchen so much bigger! I love the finish. We never run out of ice now with two ice machines.

We have only had it a few weeks but so far so good. Bottom ice maker seems to produce more than top. Size is also bigger than I expected which is good bc it holds lots.

This fridge has great capacity without being monstrously huge. The interior looks great, and I love everything about it!

Have mostly enjoyed this new refrigerator. I have wanted French doors, with the freezer drawer on the bottom, for years. My only complaints are that it is not very well equipped to handle larger items and that the ice maker is very slow to make ice and very noisy. Love that there are two ice makers though!

Have been using my refrigerator for almost 3 months. It is easy to navigate around the appliance with it's adjustable shelves, and large ,handy pull out drawer. We love the ice / water dispenser on the door. The filter is easy and quick to change.

Never buy fridge EW28BS85KS8. Less than three years old, ice maker never worked (on our 10th callout). Fresh produce draw broken and won't open. Electrolux won't cover and claims this is cosmetic. Clearly a lemon and Electrolux will not replace.

We found out our new home is better suited for a counter depth refrigerator. We shopped every brand that we could find. The Electrolux was the best value. The refrigerator is quite and performs prefectly. The ice maker works great. The electronic display panel allows us to monitor the temperature in the refrigerator. I since have bought a electrolux washer and drier which is the best we have had, ever.

Great refridgerator but stainless steel needs to be smudge proof

Purchased a new Electrolux Frig (side by side - I don't like stooping over to rummage through the freezer), electric range (flat top no parapet in the back) and over the range convection microwave. Electrolux wins style hands down. The frig is great tho it took a couple visits to get the doors leveled ... and the freezer doesn't close without deliberate pressure. The range is great, and the microwave is wonderful ... tho it has too many pre=set cook setting/buttons in my opinion - sometimes I just need to press the time to cook and I am good. But I'm happy with this purchase and proud of my new Electrolux kitchen!!

We love the new layout ,, spaceous and well organized

We love the looks and features of this refrigerator. However, there are several annoying features that are having us regret this purchase: 1) There is no removable tray for the ice/water dispenser on the door. As a result water lays in the area underneath and you have to wipe it up. 2) There is no mechanism on the refrigerator doors to force close the doors. As a result, the door can stay open - even a tiny bit allows moisture inside which causes frost to form inside the icemaker which is contained inside the refrigerator. 3) Problem #2 leads to many problems with the icemaker inside the fridge. We have had to get this repaired 4 times in the less than one year that we have had it. First time was because so much frost had formed that the fan was making a noise whenever it was running. Second time was because the auger stopped working and no ice would dispense. Third time was because the icemaker was stuck on dispensing crushed ice instead of cubes. Fourth time was because the auger again was not working and no ice was dispensing.. This last time a part was ordered and installed. So far it has been two weeks and it is still working. Fingers crossed that is is finally working!

I brought this product 2 months ago it has meet and pass all what it said it would be would highly recommend it to anyone!!

We are glad we purchased this model and brand.because of how flexible it is in its use.

over all I like it but there doesn't seem to be enough space for tall items. Milk, juice,etc

Good fridge. Not a great fridge. Expensive for features.

If I could give this fridge 4.75 stars I would. I purchased this fridge as part of a remodel and was particularly drawn to the upper french door design with lower freezer compartment. The bonus for me is the wine bottle storage drawer which comes in very handy. All the shelves are adjustable so you can rearrange your fridge as needed (i.e., for parties or big dinners). The only drawback is it is a tad noisier than I expected when it cycles on. Otherwise, a great all-around fridge.

We have had our refrigerator for two years. The ice machine has broken and the bottom of the door panels are both cracked. Now the refrigerator is leaking. There is also condensate on the back of the refrigerator. It has damaged our hardwood floors. We are now looking at another expensive repair or replacing it entirely....don't purchase.

Had a problem after three weeks. Had to have the control panel replaced. Love the refrigerator. Hoping there are no more problems.

Bought this a little over a month ago. It has 2 ice makers. The one in the door makes small cubes, and the one in the freezer large cubes. The lower ice maker did not work and required a service call. The doors are a little frustrating. The left door closes quickly not allowing you time to open drawers. It does stay nice and cold and is quiet.

Purchased 3 months ago. Works fine. The second ice maker is a great feature.

Have it only two months, but it's a dream. Have the counter depth model & it is a better fit then any other make out there. There ample room for for all our needs even with the ice maker inside the frig. Which why its a better fitting refrigerator for the cut out.

We bought our Electrolux fridge in June 2015 and it's been the best fridge we've owned to date (which is 6ish other brands). This fridge is quiet (ice maker does make noise when it cycles but we quickly got used to it) and it simply looks smashing in our kitchen... it has a very polished, professional look to it... makes the room look 'smart'!
