I purchased it through Lowe's it was delivered to my door so far I really like it!

I picked the Essa faucet in arctic steel, but realized I needed a bronze color because it would go better with my Cambria Rosslyn countertop that has gold flecks in it. In searching this color, I came across this new color called Champagne Bronze and it is PERFECT for my countertop. So much better than the dark bronze. I have a chocolate brown Blanco sink and it is so gorgeous in my kitchen. Love the 3 functions for sprays. Highly recommend this faucet and the matching flange.

I Have ordered this three times now and it keeps coming scratched and dented. There is zero padding in the box and the faucet just slams around and scratches against itself.

Go with the prep sink faucet instead! My initial purchase would have been rated 3 unremarkable stars. The sprayer came with a new feature, Spray Shield, which I didn't want and didn't like. Basically, rather than having a 2-function nozzle (stream + spray), Delta engineered a 3-function nozzle. But in doing so, the spray was compromised, broken into a left and right pattern rather than a full circle. The Spray Shield's purpose seems dubious at best - to minimize splatter from the spray - yet it is recommended to hold it so close to the plate that it wouldn't splatter much anyway. The Spray Shield pattern is meant to be a bubble of spraying water enclosing a laser-like stream in the middle, purportedly to dislodge food. If your water pressure is 80-100 psi it might be great, but mine is half that at its best. I phoned Delta's customer care twice. The first guy said to flush the line and it would improve. Nope. The second time I was fortunately able to obtain a 2-function sprayer, the same as came on my prep-sink faucet in the same style. If I was doing it over, I'd just order two prep sink faucets: good spray pattern, enough height for function, and better price. 4 stars because with the new sprayer it works well, as it ought to have out of the box.

Love it! Very easy to install as a DIYer. Pull down nozzle is so smooth and pulls right back in with the magnetic feature. Well worth the money, Delta never lets me down.

I have been trying for three weeks to get the plate to cover three hole sink . it was suppose to come with so I can get it installed.

I do like the new faucet. The website description said there was a plate included to cover previous holes in the countertop. This was not so and Home Depot was no help. Delta provided the part at no cost and also in a timely manner; however, it was aggravating not to have it to start.

Handle already coming apart after less than a months use. The finish tends to show finger prints. Just not well made for something with this price point.

This is a great faucet! The hose for the sprayer is very long which is why I replaced my old one. I have it in Chrome and it looks great my only complaint is that the sprayer handle is actually not metal it seems to be some kind of plastic but you can't tell unless you touch it.

I've had this for 3 weeks now. I love the precision feel of the handle. I can set the exact temperature needed unlike the kind that work like a joystick. The pull down head stays put with a strong magnet then releases with a light quarter turn in either direction. No need to yank on it like many other brands. The finish cleans up with soap and water. Only thing I would change would be the pex hot and cold lines for braided stainless.

Have only had the faucet for about a month, but working great so far. I like the look and it meets all of my needs with regard to water pressure, variation in spray patterns and ease of use.

I love this faucet! It's exactly what I wanted for my updated kitchen renovation. All of the negative comments posted have proven not to be true. The water temperature adjustment is smooth, easy, and accurate. The pull-down faucet goes back into place easily and securely.
