[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this Delta product and was happy with it as soon as i seen it... beautieful... looks nice works great and my family likes the look of it.. the only problem i had was that it wasnt an easy product to put in... the instructions were a life saver a life saver but still took almost 2 hours ( lets just say that im not the worlds greatest plumber ) but after it is all said and done im really impressed with how sturdy and well working this fausit is. Love the product just wish it was easier to put in!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this faucet and after installing , could not wait to test it out! I love that the head detaches and I can reach all parts of my sink! The water pressure is perfect also! It is just enough of a stream to not splash everywhere! I also love that it is easier to control than the old one I had. I absolutely love this new kitchen faucet and it looks so much nicer than the other one I had! Simply, AMAZING!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have used the Delta ShieldSpray faucet for a week now, the faucet was pretty easy to install if you take the time to read the directions throughly. We dont have a dishwasher so I felt this SprayShield faucet would really speed up the dish washing process and it did. The theory behind SprayShield is that it powers off the mess without making a bigger mess, no water and food sprayed all over. All you have to do is undock your wand , and use one your three spray modes, ShieldSpray, stream, or regular spray it's nice having options and great not having a mess.

Delta is made to last. Their parts are quality and our entire home has Delta. Their customer service quickly shipped a part to us for our kitchen faucet that was leaking. It was easy to fix.

Has alot of power and the sprayer doesn't splash all over the place the quality is excellent. The stainless steel is so easy to clean and it shines.

The buttons on the pull down faucet gives this model different features that normal pull down faucets do not have. I really like this part.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This faucet has it all. We were impressed that we didn’t have to go to the hardware store to get anything extra. Everything we needed for installation was in the box. The design and finish of the faucet is absolutely beautiful. The one feature I really like is the ability to go from a stream of water to a spray with the touch of a button. With just a small pull the faucet turns into a hand sprayer. Overall the design of this faucet gives the sink a nice clean look without all the bulky levers and sprouts to clutter things up that I use to have. It has a nice lever to turn the water on and off and from cold to hot. I would definitely recommend this faucet.

No more having water spraying all over the place. It really makes my kitchen look classy and all together now. My wife loves how it has the spray attachment that you can pull down. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with this faucet. It is sleek and beautifully designed. It was easy to install and the features are amazing. I love that the spout comes out to use as a sprayer. The buttons on top of it are easy to access. Very nice product.

It’s a nice faucet. The water does arc out towards the front of the sink. We have the spray button on the back so water lands near drain. I like the standard flow and rain pattern and rarely use the special high pressure spray pattern. It spatters too much and isn’t much better at cleaning.

Perfect for my new sinks. My mother installed this faucet at her house several years ago and I always enjoyed using it so I ordered one for my kitchen make over.

I love the polished nickel finish. I also chose this faucet because it's shorter than some of the other ones on the market. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase.

This pull down faucet is very easy to keep clean, the 3 sprays work as advertised, and it has a lifetime warranty. I previously had a pull out faucet and the pull down design is easier to use and very easy to redock.

Very nice finish that is super easy to clean. The spray functions with 3 options work as advertised. I registered the faucet with Delta and they responded to my registration. It has a lifetime warranty on defects and I am told Delta is very good about standing behind their products.

The product arrived without some parts and stripped connection, however, our technician was amazing and figured out how to manage and complete the installation. Regarding the faucet, I really like it. There is great water pressure, looks awesome, love the finish, works great! The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because: 1) arrived without all the parts and tech said it had been opened and possibly used, stripping a connection, 2) I would prefer just the regular water mode and a more full spray rather than the 3 modes that includes a newer plate spray mode. Because of the plate spray mode, the regular spray is not as full. I'd much rather have a fuller spray for efficiently cleaning veggies/fruit, etc. That would be my only complaint about the faucet itself. Otherwise, we love it.

I chose this faucet to be installed in my new home 5 1/2 years ago. I like the style, and enjoyed using it until a month ago when it developed a leak and insidiously soaked the cabinet underneath my sink. I called Delta because I knew it had a lifetime warranty. The customer service reps that answered my calls each time were friendly and bent over backward to help me out. Unfortunately they have sent me the incorrect valve twice with parts (set screws) that don't even go with the faucet. I've been five weeks attempting the repair, and I'm still without a kitchen faucet. I've come to the conclusion that either Delta's customer service staff is friendly but incompetent, or Delta has changed the internal design of the faucet, rendering it obsolete...so much for guaranteed for life. As a last ditch effort I will go to a local plumbing store and see if they can get the correct valve. If they can't I will have to replace a nearly $400 faucet that lasted less than 6 years, and you can bet I won't replace it or any other plumbing fixture with a Delta.

This faucet is beautiful & works well ....however be advised, this faucet has a wider arc & seems to be a design for the larger farmhouse sinks. I have the standard 2-sided stainless sink & it sprays off center...almost to the side of the sink. Didn’t think of that when I ordered this beauty

We had this Delta 9197T-AR-DST installed when we built our home. We liked the touch free feature bur very disappointed th the fact that the magnets in the upper feature have rusted and the magnetic ring on the spray nozzle has rusted and parts of the magnet on nozzle has cracked an fell off the spray head. The hose has brown rust dust on it and the spray head will not attach to the neck. I thought Delta Faucets had a lifetime warranty but I see you have to purchase a magnetic replacement kit and new spray head. We like the faucet, but for the investment cost, it does not hold up well. I was wondering if Delta could send new magnet kit and spray head?

The magnet lasts about 2 years. After the 5 year warrenty it will be a costly ongoing repair!

We installed this at the end of May and have really started using it in the past couple of months. The water pressure in the tiny stream of water it puts out is not even enough to properly wash a dish or rinse out the sink. We've cleaned out the screens numerous times and just a tiny spec of anything will clog it. This faucet was very expensive and recommended by the plumbing supply house. I fear I have no choice but to spend more money and replace it.

Don't get me wrong, this is a great faucet, and I particularly like the Spray-Shield technology; it works great. The spray, however, is lacking. The sprayer assembly has the single stream, spray and blast functions, but the designers chose to split the spray into two, small areas, 180° from each other. That renders the spray far less effective than it could have been, had the assembly into three zones instead.
