[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this Fossett. It is so high-quality, easy to install, and just looks plain stunning. I love how easy it is to clean. I love the finish. I love the fact that it has become a show piece in my kitchen. I love the height so I can put a pasta pot underneath and fill without having to put it on the counter and pull it into the pot. It is a very nice height. I love the polish on the faucet; it is just stunning. I love how easy it was to install, how easy it was to clean and prepare, and I love how easy it is to use. I love that it has the pull away faucet so that you can spray your sink down or fill anything up that you need to like a mop bucket. This faucet just makes your kitchen look high class I have nothing negative to say about this Fossett. I have everything to appraise. If I had multiple kitchens in my house I would install this Fossett in every single one that’s how much I love this Fossett. I highly recommend this to anyone who needs a high-quality, high function, beautiful polish, and just darn sleek looking Faucet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We self installed and everything went smoothly, no complaints there, come with all the parts needed, I absolutely love this faucet, it's stylish, durable, and has great water pressure,the hose is long and it snaps back into place easily. Looks beautiful. The hardest part of the installation is removing the old faucet. I would recommend this faucet. Quality materials, easy installation, works well, feels nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great Faucet! the finish is nice and goes well with a stainless steel sink. It's not 100% match but that could be wear or not, I am unsure. the single handle worked well letting you pick the right temperature of water you want without being a pain. The Nylon pull away cord is supple and doesn't have the cheap feeling you get from other faucets. The head is a good size when holding it solo with a nice a easy clip that toggles between modes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can’t believe how much of a difference this kitchen faucet makes! This faucet is absolutely beautiful. I must admit I was a bit intimidated when I opened the box only because I had never installed 1 before and I thought it would be difficult, I was glad when I saw how easy it was, the instructions were very clear. This faucet has opened up more space at my kitchen sink and it transformed my small simple kitchen Into an elegant looking kitchen. I love the small details on the faucet and I can go from regular water pressure to a spray nozzle quickly by just pulling it down. The weight attached to the hose pulls the nozzle up and puts it back in place quickly making it easy to wash certain things. Washing my stock pot has never been this easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This delta Cassidy faucet is so nice, I have been wanting a new faucet for awhile and definitely needed an upgrade. Absolutely love the spray nozzle, you can change it to spray, stream or shield spray, and it also can be pulled down for easier rinsing and when you don’t have a dishwasher it makes the job so much easier. I have always look for products that are refurbished you get pretty much the same product at the lower price and they usually have a warranty, this faucet has a 10 year warranty which is awesome. The only this that I didn’t like was if you needed the base or stabilizer they do not have it in stock anywhere so you have to make it work with hole covers or a soap dispenser, but otherwise I would definitely recommend this faucet to anyone!

It sits so nice and high where the one that replace it was low and hard to wash the dishes. I love the design as well. It pulls out and can be used as a sprayer. Very well made. So glad I had this installed in the RV. I recommend this faucet highly if you are looking to upgrade your RV or even your kitchen.

It looks very high-end, the finish is beautiful and I love the fact that it doesn't spray all over the place, the spray shield function really works. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a beauty. This was such an easy upgrade for my kitchen. Installation is no problem if the directions are followed. The sprayer is great. I use the shield spray more than I expected. I usually have a towel on the floor when I wash dishes because of all the back splashing. The shield spray solved that problem. I also found that if I pull the sprayer down and let it hang into the sink a little while I'm washing or rinsing, that also helps. The lever is very smooth. I like everything about it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this design of this faucet, it is really timeless! So easy to use and the pull down retracts when released which is sometimes hard to find in a faucet. Overall I love the sleek design of the faucet and the finish, it is perfect!

I particularly like the way the faucet head reattaches magnetically. The faucet emanates quality engineering with its silky smoothness and substantialness in all of its functions. Because my kitchen gets a continuous workout I like to have the best equipment in it. The Delta Cassidy faucet qualifies in all respects as the best. And, oh yes, I love the Artic Chrome and coated finish that doesn't get fingerprints and always looks so nice. Bravo!

Just purchased. So far, so good. Check back in three weeks. I like the magnetic head feature and the Artic Chrome finish.

For the price, you'd think this would be a top of the line faucet. But here we are, 4 years later struggling to get this thing tightened. It is installed with a farmhouse sink, which makes it incredibly difficult to work with. But even that aside, why is this coming loose to begin with? Most of the underneath is plastic, so it isn't wearing well. Also, the touch on/off feature seemed cool at first, but it is kind of annoying and takes quite a few batteries to work. It also stays in the "on" position unless you tap it to turn it off. If you forget, you'll just waste a lot of batteries. I wish I would have just gotten a normal pull down faucet.

Installed 3 years ago and have been very pleased with the faucet in all respects. We have it on a farm sink so the angle of the spout has not been an issue for us as I have read on (perhaps) smaller sinks. We have the prep sink model on our prep sink. The only significant issue is/was recently the main faucet insidiously leaked inside the cabinet soaking the cabinet causing significant damage. I removed and disassembled the faucet and found the “bonnet nut” that secures the cartridge had loosened causing the leak down the inside of the faucet. Tightening the nut stopped the leak. I don’t know if the nut is predisposed to loosening or maybe it wasn’t tightened properly when it was manufactured. I would suggest if you have one of these faucets that you check and/or tighten this nut to avoid this mishap. The nut is easily accessible behind the handle and can be tightened in 5 minutes without removing the faucet. Otherwise a great faucet.

not happy with this faucet, as i already replace bunch of parts and cartridge's 2-3 time and still not working. really disappointment and do not recommend delta to anyone as warranty is terrible

This is a great faucet with multiple spray options. Love the Venetian Bronze finish.

I like the faucet, great product. On the soup dispenser, it dose not fit as well as I think it should. The top is wabbly, but the bottom container is OK. Other wise, it is a nice setup.

Beautiful product. I purchased the Cassidy in oil rubbed bronze and love it. Graceful and simple all in one. It compliments the kitchen sink with my cabinets and door/handle pulls. A great decision for the kitchen.

We really like the Delta 9197-RB-DST. The height of the faucet is much better than our older faucet we had replaced and works well with our 70/30 deep sink. We like the spray options and the sprayer comes out very easily and is very convenient for a quick rinse of the sinks and its high enough that you really don't need to pull the sprayer out very far to hit the whole sink area. The on/off lever on the side is great too, positioned perfectly so that you can flip it on with the back of your hand. Overall it was a nice upgrade for us and the price was reasonable for the look, quality of Delta brand, and functionality. Delta has great customer service as well so if we ever need to replace parts, I know they are there ready to send whatever you need fast.

It looks great in my kitchen! I enjoy the pull down feature and the sprayer. It works great for spraying dishes and cleaning out the sink. My water pressure feels really nice and I love that my sprayer and faucet are all in one. I’m giving it 4 stars because I felt like the install of the product could’ve went a little smoother. This wasn’t really simple. Overall, great faucet and I definitely recommend. It makes my kitchen look up to date.

Have not had this installed yet but I know you can’t go wrong with Delta.
