Great tool. Fast refresh rate.

Great nail gun. Only negative is that is holds a small amount of nails so if you are working on a big job you will be adding nails quite often.

Tool works very well but this is DIY tool - can’t go fast - although I’m pleased if your tryin to do commercial work might consider a AP gun

Didn't use it. Not a variety of nails for the 30 degree in Central Florida. Switched to a 21 degree.

I'm still on the 1st box of nails, so this is an initial review. I bought this nail gun because I have several Dewalt 20v tools & wouldn't need another brand of battery/charger. I am installing 3/4 OSB subfloor on to yellow pine joist using 2 3/8" nails. Issues so far: I had to set on high to drive these short nails & it jams at least once per nail strip. So far I'm not very happy with it.

I’m a dewalt guy, I have to say, so far I’m disappointed with my nail gun. Seems no matter what I do, it doesn’t drive the whole nail unless I’m almost sitting on the gun. I’m using the largest nails that are recommended for the highest power setting but 9 times out of 10— 1/4-1/2 of the nail is still sticking out of what I’m hitting, 1 out of 10 it sends the nail flush

An excellent tool. It's not too heavy, never jams, and loads quickly and easily. Pair it with the 5amh battery and it will last a long time before needing a recharge.

I expected more from this. It is, after all, Dewalt. Disappointing. For one, it's slow to fire; has to ramp up. Makes whirring noise like it's going to jump to light speed. Then it jams easily. Then it won't allow me to put in more than 1 clip of nails, or it jams. The trigger lock/unlock is easily slid to lock. Then, sometimes, the gun just doesn't work for any reason I can see. But here's my big gripe: Although, even with the aforementioned gripes, it did a good job with short nails; it completely sucked with framing nails. Would only penetrate regular spruce or pine 75%. I ran a box of shorter nails thru it and returned it.

This gun jams a lot. I may need to return it. performance is low.

This is an awesome nailer. Highly recommend to others for all building needs.

The power in this tool is amazing. The battery life actually lasts a while. Easy loading collated nails. Has option to countersink depending on wood hardness. I highly recommend anyone that builds decks or subfloors, framing. Saves a lot of time.

Didn't sink the nails as deep as I expected.

I have used it for the season (5-7) months of framing, only use it for the roof. Being cordless has it advantages, but I waste so much time fixing the gun. it just keeps jamming and jamming .. it happens around 7 to 10 times a day.. so by now its not worth it.

With ii set correctly on new 2x4 its fine. On older 2x4 it stops 1/2” short of driving in. This should be advertised as such. Any person who is doing remodel can’t use this. Store won’t allow return from 24 hrs ago. Total crap.

I bought this a month ago from home depot to frame a basement and got half done and it just stopped working, I'm slowly losing faith in dewalt.
