Q:Is it normal to receive this with no case and just freely in a Dewalt yellow box. Really disappointed. Tough to go to job sites like this. For the money it should have a case.

Q:I purchased a Dewalt cordless nailer, Model# DCN692B last year and got around to using it a couple of months ago. 50% of the nails either get jammed or gets bent over. I've tried everything to correct it but still jams/bends nails. What gives?
