Easy to set up and use. Does a great job, creates a silky smooth surface.

So far it's been awesome. What sets it apart from my old ridgid planer is the two speeds. The 1 speed produces an ultra smooth finish without imperfections that could come from chips that aren't distracted when in a faster speed.

Better than my previous planer was brand new. Very easy to operate. Cuts are smooth and no snipe.

There’s a reason this machine is in some of the best woodworkers shops in the world. I’ve already thrown some walnut, maple and cherry through it and it comes out nearly finish ready. Amazing results and it will certainly get lots of use in my shop. Highly recommend

I debated on whether my newbie skill level warranted getting this and I have no regrets. I love how smooth the wood planes and I can’t stop running everything through it.

Pretty sad that Home Depot’s marketing strategy in Alaska rendered this product package as “unavailable in Alaska” on the day of its promotion (11/2/2023) and at a reduced cost, yet there are 3 of them available at one of their locations in Anchorage today (11/3/2023)…. If you’re a pro account holder I recommend registering your account elsewhere and for the layperson, don’t be fooled.
