First one I bought lasted 2 days before the plastic broke. My original was all metal parts this is a cheap knockoff.

Turns past off to on, Have to constantly adjust it to stop water from running. Will be returning it.

Worked on a pfister circa 2005 bathroom sink faucet even though it says american standard on the packaging.

This was a perfect replacement and it only took seconds to install. Saved me a big plumber's bill.

Went to the store located in Rialto & it was out of stock. Drove to the store in N. Fontana and the one I purchased was defective &I had to return it. I was forced to go to a competitor to get the job done.

I TRY TO SCREW IT AND THE TIP BROKE AND I GOT TO GO AND BUY A NEW ONE

After change it continue leaking.

It does the job, but found it to be not a smooth on to off experience compared to the OEM version from American Standard direct. I also ordered an American Standard version and found it to be just like the original in performance. If it was just a unique situation, I am willing to try another one by them as a courtesy.

The insert does work, but the stop allows you to go a bit too far so it leaks if you don't stop turning a little early. Would not recommend.

Quality was lacking. "Mini" seal at the base was too small to work properly.

Need directions, i needed to take clip off and change to cold .

Was exactly what I needed to repair a drip in the cold water supply for the kitchen sink. So glad you had the replacement part.

It worked well but too expensive. I miss the old stems you could pull out and add a twenty cent washer to fix the problem. Another way to charge us more.

I bought the same valve 10 years ago at home depot and it leaked within 3 weeks so I took it back and brought in American standard OEM valve at a plumbing supply store. So far this one held up but I’m still skeptical. It’s only been a week. Time will tell.

Quality control is very bad on these. I bought this twice over the last 3 years. The one i changed 3 years ago still works. The one i changed 2 weeks ago started leaking. This time i bought 2 and replaced both handles of my shower and the friction on each faucet was different. One was not as smooth as the other

Very rubbish product, replaced four in a year. It started dripping after less than three months.

used five in past fewer years without problem. The last one used five months start to leak (cold water), replaced both side on Nov. 27. the cold side could not turn. returned.

Hard to rate it as not installed yet.

Bought two. One leaked and had to be returned. Reinstalled third one with no further problem.
