Product is good but packaging in 100sq ft packages doesn't work well when dealing with an 'L' shape space. I needed two kits just to get 2 extra lengths of wall trim and ended up with over a kit in all the other parts. It's a waste and costly. You must not want to sell it.

Should be able to buy what is needed not just in sq. ft quantities

Ceiling max was easy to install and the finished ceiling looked great. I will definitely use ceiling max again on my future projects.

Easy installation, great look!

The product meets what it was designed for and allows you to reduce the headspace you would lose on a drop ceiling. The braces between the tiles could fit more snug to be better.

Easy to install and nice finished look. Careful not to over tighten to the wall or floor joice or the product will buckle. Overall happy with the product and would purchase again.

some of the main runners tend to twist toward the fastener side. Difficult to install cross tees when tiles not sized to fit notched runner and difficult to get them to rest level. Overall very unhappy in results. I may tear down and drywall and recycle the system. Not going to recommend.

Used this in a basement installation that required low clearance. Installed right on joists and installed in a snap (no puns intended). Will 100% recommend and use again.

It is a great zero clearance product. The instructions are a little vague but is it simple to install.

We bought this kit thinking it would help with putting up our basement ceiling quickly. Boy, were we wrong!! These pieces are finicky and difficult to work with, and we've had tiles fall on several occasions. We are installing directly to floor joists and applying shims to level the top hangers. however, in the last kit that we purchased, there were 3 full runner pieces (8 foot pieces) that would not snap in tightly and hold tiles. We ended up replacing these with pieces purchased individually from a competing home improvement store. Interestingly, the top hanger pieces purchased from the competitor were white in color rather than the black we received in our kit, and they worked much better. However, installation is still slow and frustrating and we are fortunate to have started in a small section of the ceiling, and we are able to stop using these and switch to Armstrong Easy Up, which are much less frustrating to install.

The instructions were a bit unclear

Used several times to update old suspended ceilings and increase room height at the same time. Great product.

It's a decent product that came out of a great idea. I would probably buy it again. Be careful not to set the screws too tight as it will cause the tracks to distort. It's not difficult if you take the time to plan your work. I am not a carpenter by trade but can do most construction work. It took me about 6 hours to complete a 10x12 square room.

Install went easy put up 500 sq ft of ceiling in 30 hours

Was easy once we got started and it looks really nice

Does the job. I would have preferred for cross Ts to be about 1/8 inch longer to help deal with an old basement ceiling that is somewhat uneven in places but I may be nitpicking a bit
